She was counted because her age would headline. Martin Foley now admits it was total bullshit.

    No!
    Tell me it’s not true!
Reminds me of the 31 year old male, who Andrews was trumpeting as “dying of Covid” last year.
Strangely enough, he neglected to mention that the unfortunate man was morbidly obese, a heavy smoker and drinker, and suffering a number of comorbidities, including heart disease.
When Andrews was tackled by a journalist on it he refused to confirm or deny or it, instead he used the old standby about “privacy.”
    Typical.

The signer behind Foley is pretty cute. And seeing that ABC headline about trying to boost indigenous vaccination rates, it occurs to me to ask why we are forcing western ‘medicines’ on these people, rather than sitting humbly at their feet and imbibing their ancient traditional wisdom on how to deal with viruses.

One youth death in 2020 was actually a suicide.
It’s unforgivable that Australian government state governments are still pulling these stunts.
    The Truth had more credibility.

    Good question Cuckoo.

No wonder trust in politicians and doctors is at an all-time low.
I regard used car salesmen and real estate agents as more honest than pollies.

  6. Chris M says:

Very good point Cuckoo! They need to stop with the racial discrimination and respect the ancient cultures. Besides statistically the bush herbal leaves would almost certainly outperform the fake vaccines.

    Interesting point, Cuckoo.
Is there a chapter in Dark Emu on how Aborigines pioneered inoculation and coronary bypass surgery in Olden Times?

  8. Shy Ted says:

I think they jabbed each other with spears quite a lot. When the opposing tribe dissented they put it down to a Coonora virus death.

This was sent to me by my aboriginal family.
Whatever the truth of the situation, this has the potential to be the ‘Stolen Generation’ of our children’s time.

There’s some new ad intended to address vaccine hesitancy in the indigenous community, featuring – what else? – indigenous ‘celebrities’ you have never heard of. Some model and some ‘rapper’ whose names mean nothing to me and probably nothing to any vaccine-hesitant indigene. Interestingly, the slogan for this campaign is ‘For all of us’. When John Howard used that exact same phrase in an election campaign it was howled down as racist dog-whistling.
