    Journalists must pay due diligence to all stories presented to them, investigate all possible avenues and report facts prior to publishing/ going to air. They must be held accountable for any articles published in any form of media.
    Units/ individuals must have the ability to respond to any alleged incident.
    Trial by media is becoming very prevalent As far as I am aware ” innocent until proven guilty” still stands in Australia

    If allegations are proved correct then the full force of the law must be applied
