   She’s interesting. She has superb rat cunning but no talent, ability or brains to speak of. A curious mixture. She was thrust into the Vice Presidency by Willie Brown, which says a lot for Big Willie’s virility given how unlikable she is.

   Her cunning antenna are very efficient. Biden hospital-passed her the border issue, whereupon she vanished for a month and refused pointblank to take the job. That was fun. She then vanished again when Afghanistan happened. Finally Joe gave her a couple of soft assignments on space (which she stuffed up) and on electric vehicles with which she faceplanted awesomely. Then there’re the fleeing legions of staffers who can’t stand her and her bossy and dysfunctional ways. I’d hesitate to say this in light of Willie’s willy but she seems to have taken the Peter Principle to its ultimate possible summit.
