Citing “do no harm,” Dr Kerryn Phelps slams the Perrottet government for not respecting life:

In 2015, Phelps demanded national laws to govern the “safe” killing of the unborn for any reason.

  2. Cassie of Sydney says:

    Ghastly woman.

  3. Bruce of Newcastle says:

If it was “do no harm” Perrottet would ban all the vaccines immediately, seeing the side effects seem to affect about 1 in 10 people, often very seriously.

Especially when the “children” she refers to are in far more danger from the vaccine than the virus, especially the omicron strain which appears very mild.

  4. Entropy says:

It’s one like one in 500 Bruce. Unless you wanna count, “oh bugger my arm is sore! “
And a wry large amount of rest seems psycho-somatic.

It astonishes me that so many otherwise logical people have got themselves worked up over a vaccine. The mandatory aspects and overreach, sure, but the vaccine itself does more good than harm. Just because there are a bunch of unbalanced hysterics running around saying the bug is gonna kill us all does not mean normally sane people have to come up with our own conspiracies and fears.

  5. Bruce of Newcastle says:

Entropy – Anecdotally it was mentioned on Dover’s site that a nurse was seeing one in five. I don’t think it is that high, but the widespread monstering on any medical person who tries to report adverse vaccine reactions is disturbing. So maybe it is 1 in 20 not 1 in 10, but it is a lot higher than any official data because of the underreporting.

Unfortunately it is very hard to get a real picture as the Cathedral actively pervert data these days for political and ideological causes. That’s certainly true in climate science as you know, and there would be even more incentive to do so in the Covid area.

  6. Not Trampis says:

anecdotes do not count as a valid way to do statistics. they only illustrate a point.

So the hypocritical CL criticises the hypocritical Kerryn Phelps. CL does care how many people die directly or indirectly from selfish people who won’t have vaccines not to mention those affected by long covid who are likely to have the lives shortened because of what covid has done to them.
The hypocritical Phelps does not care about all those who abort whom surveys show the decision is because of ‘lifestyle’.

  7. Shy Ted says:

Kerryn wants children but can’t have them because…
Complete this sentence to win big, big prizes.

  8. Boambee John says:

    Non Compos Mentis

CL does care how many people die directly or indirectly

I’m sure that CL is grateful for your support.

Or was this another incompetently drafted sentence? That there is probably a missing word would have been obvious to anyone who has read your earlier drivel on this subject. Another sub-primary school-level failure.

those affected by long covid who are likely to have the lives shortened because of what covid has done to them.

No mention of those suffering heart inflammation as a result of the “vaccines”? That also has a long term adverse effect. Don’t you care about them?

And your punctuation is still sloppy.

  9. Not Trampis says:

I think you will find she had children in her heterosexual phase.

no mentio0n as it is minutely small which is why ATAGI gave the vax the go ahead. Any simpleton would know that. Long covid is not.
As you have reading and comprehension problems as well as being innumerate you did not know that.
    Now you do.

  10. Boambee John says:

    Non Compos Mentis

no mentio0n as it is minutely small which is why ATAGI gave the vax the go ahead.

Do you have actual, you know, written evidence for that statement? No, thought not.

Have you worked out what was wrong with your earlier comment, or are you just ignoring it, and rolling on? Is poor writing comprehension, which you suffer from, difficult to acquire? Perhaps if you hade made it out of pre-school and into kindy you might have more comprehension.

  11. Diogenes says:

    affected by long covid

It is the same reaction some (note some) people get from catching the flu or measles or even pneumonia and sounds a lot like glandular fever

Some have even asked why long covid seems so prevalent in the UK and hardly exists in Italy or much of the rest of Europe.

  12. Boambee John says:

    Diogenes

Please don’t confuse Non Compos Mentis with alternative realities!

  13. Entropy says:

Some have even asked why long covid seems so prevalent in the UK and hardly exists in Italy or much of the rest of Europe.
A larger public service with better rorting options conditions?

  14. Tel says:

Diseases like “chronic fatigue syndrome” have always been real, and people have suffered long before anyone heard of any COVID … but they got told, “It’s all in your head dear!”

Now the same syndrome is rebranded as “Long Covid” because it’s politically convenient right now … it’s just as real as it ever was, but happens to be triggered by this particular virus in the current pandemic. Strangely enough, now with the vaccine injuries they tell the poor bastards, “It’s all in your head dear!”

What we really need is some doctors who sit and listen to what each patient says and then have a long, hard think about that.
