If this is the standard of evidence we are seeing in a civil defamation trial, one can only what what clownshoe antics might eventuate should any of the Brereton charges ever actually make it to a hearing.
Assuming the judge didn’t immediately throw any of the cases- And their prosecutors- Out of the courtroom on their ears…
It’s reasonable to assume The Brereton Inquiry will be a whitewash, similar to the Voyager Inquiry and every other Inquiry.
The Inquiry was the result of many years of serving and former SAS whistleblowing.
