Well done Texas. But may I suggest that cutting the penis of a little boy is much, much more than ‘child abuse’.

  2. C.L. says:

Yes, that was my thought too. Teen girls’ breasts as well.
Call the new offence child mutilation.

  3. Lee says:

I think that in the years to come, there will be a tsunami of lawsuits here and overseas by truly remorseful adults who were mutilated as children.

Am I being naive but we got into this situation because of new laws. So we’re adding another new law. Wouldn’t it be easier to repeal the “bad” law? Maybe not for lawyers but for the general population.

    Amen.

At least in the US there are some states with robust GOP governance and politicians who are willing to fight the cultural issues. We here in Oz have nothing, instead we have Liberals and Nationals who collude with the progressive left to push through obscene euthanasia legislation, grotesque abortion legislation and SSM legislation. We have no one.

Further, last year in our senate, Malcolm Roberts tried to push through some legislation that would outlaw giving cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers adolescents under the age of sixteen. Whilst some in the Libs and Nats supported Roberts’ bill, some sided with Labor and the Greens and the legislation was defeated.
