No, I can’t. I’m not a biologist.”

  1. jupes says:

I thought biology has nothing to do with gender.

  2. Roger W says:

I assume she would not actually accept a biological definition of a woman anyway.

  3. C.L. says:

Follow up question: Are you black?

  4. Franx says:

    Yes.
And what kind of expert and what kind of attributes does it take to define being human.
In a sense, though, and as jupes I think points out, thatKJ woman has acceded that our biological status is a core aspect of our humanity.

  5. Bruce of Newcastle says:

She must’ve missed her scheduled primary school lesson on the birds and the bees.
Perhaps she was more attentive during law lectures though.

  6. C.L. says:

Her husband is a top Boston surgeon.
Maybe he could give her a few tips.

  7. Lee says:

And Biden wants this intellectual giant on the Supreme Court?
    ROFLMAO!
A kindergarten student could define “woman.”

  8. Boambee John says:

    Lee

The phrase “adult human female” would stick in her throat!

  9. Not speculating, or inferring anything.

“President” Biden announced the nominee would be a black woman months ago. This was the best they could find.

  10. Lee says:

“President” Biden announced the nominee would be a black woman months ago. This was the best they could find.

Now other Democrats are outraged by Republican talk that she was nominated for precisely that reason.
Well, duh, the Dems should be pointing the finger at their own president.

  11. cuckoo says:

“Are you now, or have you ever been, a woman?”

“I decline to answer on the grounds that it may tend to incriminate me.”

Two X chromosomes mark the spot.

  13. Not Trampis says:

a stupid question that got the answer it deserved.
do you bozos know she actually sentenced the idiot involved in pizzagate . Why did the Republicans’ not ask her about that.

  14. C.L. says:

Was Genesis wrong about man and woman being created by God, Homer?
    When did you abandon Christianity?

  15. Boambee John says:

    Non Mentis

do you bozos know she actually sentenced the idiot involved in pizzagate . Why did the Republicans’ not ask her about that.

Perhaps they wanted a broad range of discussion? They might not be monomaniacs like you, clinging bitterly to opinions accumulated decades ago?

  16. Not Trampis says:

    you are both complete idiots.
No previous person has been asked this question and it is unlikely it a trans question would ever get to the supreme court given its numbers.
    It was an absurd question

You both want to run away from pizzagate as you should.

  17. twostix says:

No previous person has been asked this question and it is unlikely it a trans question would ever get to the supreme court given its numbers.

Yeah it’s completely unlikely the US Supreme Court will have to rule on “trans” issues.

  18. Boambee John says:

    twostix

Stop confusing Non Mentis with reality. It upsets his pre-conceived ideas (if you could call his confused thought processes ideas).

  19. Lee says:

No previous person has been asked this question …

But it’s okay for the repellent Democrat Senator (Haw.) Hirono, at a senate hearing, to ask a conservative if he’s “ever committed rape”, when there had never been a suggestion he had, I suppose?

I’d be far more insulted to be asked if I had committed rape, than to define what a woman is.

If someone can’t define a “woman” he or, in this case, she is unfit for any political office, let alone a position on the Supreme Court.

    A kindergarten child could.

  20. JC says:

    Homer

It’s incredible hubris. You belittle Pizzagate yet you’ve always defended skanky Ho. Have you no memory of some of your worst failings?
