   Would it not better to build a coalition within the local branches (as well as it seems, head office) and target these people at preselection time, rather than guarantee the same problem and policy outcome, except even harder, by installing an ALP cipher as the local member?

   I guess destruction rather than construction is always the easier path.

   Oh, I don’t know. Seems to be one of the problems with a wide range of issues, i.e. lack of real, connective representation.
