  1. Lee says:

Last I read, it is a federal offence to protest outside the residence of a SCOTUS justice for any reason, no ifs, buts, or maybes.
    Where is federal AG Garland?

  2. Lee says:

If they were protesting (no matter how peacefully) outside an abortion clinic the police would be arresting them or moving them on before you could say “Jack Robinson.”

  3. Chris M says:

Sweet and pleasant people with the good of the nation at heart!

  4. C.L. says:

This is indeed criminal – under Title 18, Section 1507, of the U.S. Code (1950).

Yes, experts say protests at SCOTUS justices’ homes appear to be illegal.

It is unlawful, “with the intent of influencing any judge,” to:

    – picket or parade “in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer”
    – “or with such intent,” to resort “to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence”

    Where is federal AG Garland?

The essence, the actuating goal of the Biden-Clinton Coup has been to abolish the rule of law in America.

  5. Cassie of Sydney says:

I think the US is broken.

Not togovern it responsibly for future generations but destroy it.

    Agree Fat Tony

It is ‘pretty impressive’ how the so called Five Eyes have been so easily turned into blood dripping empty sockets of what used to be thought of as democracies!

She attends church daily? In that case my money’s on her, and not the purple-haired pierced ones.

  10. Not Trampis says:

    Typical deplorable lies.
Where does it say anywhere ‘they’ are going to assassinate? what with protest chants? maybe they will throw their signs?
Who exactly are the terrorists and how are they democratic?

No looting and rooting the nation took place under the last administration.
moreover the demonstration can hardly be called government policy or the government calling out people to do violence which a gain happened under the previous administration.

Still completely out of touch with the news. Check out the bloke with the Glock, who stated his intention to assassinate Kavanaugh to the FBI after his arrest.

The protestors might not be democratic, but their connections with DemonRat policies are clear.

the demonstration can hardly be called government policy or the government calling out people to do violence which a gain happened under the previous administration.

The demonstrations (in the plural, still showing your lack of literacy), with DemonRat support, and were aimed against the Trump administration. The details of the DemonRat support have been laid out previously, but your limited memory has probably caused you to forget them.

So-called “progressives” are very selective in their indignation. Everything for “progressivism”, nothing outside “progressivism”, nothing against “progressivism”, clearly modelled on the principles of fascism espoused by Mussolini.

  12. C.L. says:

An Australian who published the home address of a High Court judge, the address of his children’s school and organised stalkers to picket both would be indefinitely detained by the AFP or ASIO on suspicion of terrorism and would certainly be imprisoned.

The Biden Administration is inciting its fanatical troops to kill a judge – just as it encouraged Democrat operatives to burn, loot and murder throughout the US during the Biden Bloodbath of 2020.

  13. Bruce of Newcastle says:

They know these tactics work because they were threatened after the election and Roberts refused to allow Scotus to take up the case from Texas and 12 other states. The intimidation worked. It was reported anecdotally that he went postal in the Scotus chambers and said there’d be a violent uprising if they did. Which he didn’t want to be responsible for.

So we’re back again and Scotus is again being physically intimidated by the Left. We’ll see what happens Monday night our time when the Roe vs Wade things drops. I wonder if Roberts will do a Sir Robin impression on that too?

  14. C.L. says:

    Bruce, I suspect he will.
I’m predicting, if not a back-down, then some kind of finessed jurisprudential consolation prize for the left.

  15. Not Trampis says:

Well we know deplorables never made it past primary school but just to educate them the key word is influence. Why that word ? Because the decision has not been made. Once the decision has been made you can demonstrate against any decision until the cows come home.
so now we have CL qc saying anyone demonstrating against a high court decision would be arrested on charges of terrorism. Dear me. This means he does not know what terrorism is.

Please notice yet again CL cannot and does prove any connection between the current administration and any killing at all. morons might believe but no-one else.

The next brain fart of CL is democrat operatives are burning, looting and murdering people in democrat led cities. Huh.

Why would not this occur in republican led cities.
    Theories by morons for morons

  16. C.L. says:

Tell us, Homer: why is it illegal to picket the home of a judge in the US?

    GO!

  17. Boambee John says:

Non Mentis, the one who gives ignorance a bad name.

Well we know deplorables never made it past primary school but just to educate them the key word is influence.

The aim of demonstrations is to exert influence, fool.

Because the decision has not been made.

But the “demonstrators” are trying to influence that decision.

so now we have CL qc saying anyone demonstrating against a high court decision would be arrested on charges of terrorism.

His usual inability to comprehend plain English is again demonstrated by the pre-school failure.

A draft has been leaked. The demonstrations are attempting to influence the judges to change their draft decision.

Please notice yet again CL cannot and does prove any connection between the current administration and any killing at all.

Please notice that the pre-school failure is so unaware of the news that he is both unaware that there has (so far) not been a killing, and also unaware that a man has admitted to the FBI that he was armed, with the intent of perpetrating a killing.

The next brain fart of CL is democrat operatives are burning, looting and murdering people in democrat led cities. Huh.

Why would not this occur in republican led cities.

The pre-school failure is completely unaware of events during 2020, which have been described here often (and even frequently).

As for rioting in Republican led cities, even the idiot rioters know better than that.

Stories by a moron, for that moron.

  18. Lee says:

Stories by a moron, for that moron.

He gives even village idiots a bad name.

  19. C.L. says:

so now we have CL qc saying anyone demonstrating against a high court decision would be arrested on charges of terrorism.

    What I actually wrote:

An Australian who published the home address of a High Court judge, the address of his children’s school and organised stalkers to picket both would be indefinitely detained by the AFP or ASIO on suspicion of terrorism and would certainly be imprisoned.

  20. Tel says:

    https://www.libertynation.com/george-floyd-judge-maxine-waters-may-cause-mistrial/

Maxine Waters is an old hand at open intimidation. I don’t believe that Chauvin got a fair trial … I do think he is one of these “tough guy” no nonsense cops who wants to lay down the law, but he wasn’t doing a first degree murder, not even close.

While Non Mentis demonstrates an almost complete lack of English language comprehension, his perpetual misinterpretations of comments by others suggests a more malicious intent.

He is, at best, deliberately deceptive in many of his comments.

  22. Bruce of Newcastle says:

That’s my view too Tel. Doesn’t stop the Dems though, they’ve just charged another policeman with murder for doing his job.

Michigan Officer’s Lawyer: Client Was ‘Justified’ in Fatal Shooting (Newsmax, 10 Jun)

Gretchen Whitmer’s state. RTWT for the details.

  23. C.L. says:

    Test my claim, Trampo.
Publish the address of a Family Court judge and see what happens.

  24. Not Trampis says:

If I wanted to protest against a high court decision I would do it outside the high court.

you cannot influence a decision that has already been made. It has been made. Do you morons understand that. If you try that before the decision has been made then you can be arrested and charged.
Obviously primary school drop i outs do not understand this but most people do.

Can the primary school drop out show a relation between the Administration and the said person which he completely avoided.

A drat decision is just that. A decision. Very hard to influence that decision when it has been made.

  25. Boambee John says:

    Non Mentis

Stop being hysterical, and stop trying to divert the discussion from the US, which has a Supreme Court, to Australia, which has a High Court. Or are you so ignorant (as a pre-school failure) that you are not aware of that difference?

The demonstrations have been both outside the Supreme Court building, and outside Justice Kavanaugh’s home. Another demonstration is being organised outside the church attended by Justice Barrett. Those organising the demonstrations do so because they oppose the draft decision, and are trying to intimidate the Justices into changing it.

The relevant part of the administration is Senator Schumer. Your failing (or non-existent) memory does not seem to recall a previous thread in which he incited demonstrations against the Supreme Court.

you cannot influence a decision that has already been made. It has been made. Do you morons understand that. If you try that before the decision has been made then you can be arrested and charged.

Are you so utterly stupid that you cannot tell the difference between a DRAFT decision, and the final, promulgated, decision? The protests relate to the draft decision, the final version comes out next week. That is when the decision is formally made, not in the draft.

You are stupid, ignorant, arrogant and completely uninformed.

  26. NoFixedAddress says:

    Boambee John

Given the level of disinformation is this Tampis an actual Australian or just a bot from wherever?

I looked at the website he purports to run and “Get Up” is no different!

  27. Boambee John says:

    NFA

I doubt that he is a bot, those would have a degree of consistency in their babbling which he lacks. I think that he is just a person of very moderate intelligence who believes that he is a lot smarter than he actually is.

  28. Old Lefty says:

Aside from the disputed question of terrorism, what the leftist sociopaths are trying to do is undeniably, given that the judgement has not been handed down, contempt of court. Physical intimidation of a judge cannot be tolerated in any circumstances in a civilised society.

Even Kidd of the Victorian County Court once threatened the leftard rentacrowd outside the Pell trial with contempt proceedings – a hollow threat, of course, since he would have had to depend on the Hunchback’s corrupt and politically prostituted Stalinist abortion if a police farce to make arrests. But still, he was right in principle.
