Stephanie’s Mind Was Spinning

The ABC pretends a terrorist was a victim and lets a well-known lie about Donald Trump stand

THAT “young anti-fascist woman” (pictured here) has a name. Actually, she has a few. For media purposes at the time of the 2017 Berkeley protests, she was Louise Rosealma. Her given name was Emily Nauert and she sometimes went by Emily Marshall (her mother’s maiden name). She also fought the patriarchy as a porn actress under the name ‘Venus Rosales.’ A member of a violent left-wing group called “Oak Roots Collective,” she had vowed prior to the Berkeley rampage to “bring back at least 100 Nazi scalps.” Snopes concedes she was at various times carrying – and could have been considered armed – with a glass bottle during the melee.

As for then President Trump, the “good people on both sides” hoax was debunked by USA Today, FactCheck.org, PolitiFact and many others three to four years ago. It should also be recalled that the Berkeley “protest” was orchestrated by Marxists to prevent Milo Yiannopoulos and Ann Coulter from giving scheduled speeches on campus. For security reasons, both appearances were cancelled because police could not guarantee they wouldn’t be killed. When Finn’s worried mother says she hasn’t been “asking enough questions,” she doesn’t know how right she is – nor how much she has in common with the journalists of the ABC.

In 2017, Finn, a then-15-year-old gamer from Melbourne, showed his mother a viral clip he’d come across while watching gaming videos on YouTube.

As our American friends like to say, I’ll take ‘things that never happened’ for $100 Alex.

  2. C.L. says:

When Finn told her, “there are good people on both sides”, Stephanie’s heart dropped.

“I knew that was what president [Donald] Trump had said. My mind was spinning. I thought, what has my son got into online? I’ve let this happen. I haven’t been asking enough questions,” she says.

While you’re at it, Alex, I’ll take ‘things never said’ for another hundred.

  3. Lee says:

The ABC; never letting facts get in the way of an old, non-story.

  4. Lee says:

Does Stephanie have any thoughts or opinions on the leftist BLM/Antifa reign of terror, violence, destruction and general mayhem in the U.S. in 2020 when at least a couple dozen people were murdered?
    Thought not.

  5. Bluey says:

I was rather partial to when she got called mouldylocks by the PUA/MRA/alt right crowd.
    Summed her up perfectly.

  6. Buccaneer says:

Fighting the patriarchy as a p0rn actress. I bet she was flat out doing that…

That’ll learn those horrible patriarchy people, all that actressing for a good cause n all..

    Fixed it for you.

  8. Old Lefty says:

Well of course we could revert to teaching classical virtue ethics, in its philosophical form for those who don’t do God or in the Christianised version of Aquinas. That would also be the perfect solution to the problem of domestic violence.

But imagine the howls of outrage from the woke.

  9. Not Trampis says:

CL of course being misleading again.

Did Trump say there were very fine people on both sides. Well yes he did. That was no hoax.
Did Trump mean to be an apologist for the far right. That is another argument all together.

Don’t be a prick tease, lay out the argument for your beliefs, so it can be debated.

    Or do you fear debate?

  11. C.L. says:

Trampo, your status as the last drunk at the party believing in long-debunked hoaxes is becoming sad. Get a cab.

  12. Lee says:

NT is a believer in truth or proof by assertion.
“I say it, thus it must be so.”

  13. Lee says:

That’s a new word for me.

Or, to be classical, his philosophy is Cogito ergo est – I think, therefore it is.

  15. Not Trampis says:

just for ignorant deplorables, I tautology know, you can only fact check facts. you cannot fact check opinions.
The idea that trump does not favour the far right or has authoritarian tendencies given the evidence given to the January 6 committee requires ignorance of the highest order.

No facts, just assertions, presented in poorly constructed and punctuated sentences.

About what could be expected from a failure at pre-school.

  17. Buccaneer says:

i tautology, the kind you tap out on an electronic device. Related to hyperbowl. You know the thing. It’s ok, his lefty buddies will just get someone to change the English language for him. You know, like that miss ogengeny thing.

  18. Lee says:

you can only fact check facts. you cannot fact check opinions.

Presumably you are referring to this:

As for then President Trump, the “good people on both sides” hoax was debunked by USA Today, FactCheck.org, PolitiFact and many others three to four years ago.

So now you are admitting that that was just opinion, not fact.
Or are you just being your weaselly-worded self, being deliberately vague and goalpost-shifting as you go along?

Non Mentis is consistently weaselly, vague, shifty, and illiterate. He cannot possibly change, it is too ingrained in his personality.
