   The momentary pain is worth it. Putin is on the ropes and once expensive, unreliable fossil fuel-sourced electricity is replaced by renewables, Europeans will be awash in electricity free from the sun and wind.

   Begging for more global warming, more likely. Unreliable, intermittent ideology power will never be cheap. The logistics just don’t match up.

   I have my tiny violin out. The EU made themselves beholden to Russia and now there’s a resentment amongst Eurocrats that they’re beholden to Russia. It’s amusing.
