Will Biden bail out renters like he has wealthy uni students who are typically his supporters?
    LOL.

Importing 4.9 million people is a subversion of democracy.

Yeah, because they can all vote. Not.

Or are there warehouses full of undocumented aliens filling in postal votes for democrats, in return for pizza and underage sex and then delivering them into drop boxes?

    Perverse Preposterous

It might have escaped your ever-vigilant attention, but some states provide almost automatic driver’s licences that, with the assistance of the ever present “activists”, allow registration as voters.

But you knew that, didn’t you?

  5. Buccaneer says:

Perpo, there are lots of pathways to vote for illegals in the US. Why else would the dems let them in, they are the party of the KKK after all. Do you think it’s a coincidence that all the sanctuary cities are in deep blue states?

Biden is taking his cue from Tony Blair many years ago, and for the same reason.

  7. Prospero says:

You’re citing an article from right wing rubbish source The Blaze (eye roll) which is citing a conservative “foundation” that is full of false claims and exaggerations:

PILF has sent mailings to hundreds of counties claiming that their voting rolls are provably corrupt; Politifact has judged these claims to be “false”, stating that “inactive” registrants should not be counted with “active” ones when calculating total rates of voter registration. The foundation originally flagged jurisdictions with more registered voters than resident adults, according to annual U.S. Census population estimates at the time.[6] ProPublica found major counting errors in PlLF’s use of government data; PlLF subsequently corrected its analysis.[3]

In 2016 and 2017, the organization published the information of eligible voters online, including Social Security numbers, falsely accusing them of being fraudulent voters. One such voter was a U.S. missionary in Guatemala who, based on PILF’s report, was inaccurately highlighted as a fraudulent voter in a Washington Times article.[7]

Just all part of Right wing conspiracy world, and not credible.

Politifact, ROFLMAO. Two can attack sources as well as one can. There can be no doubt that Politifact is as much a left wing rubbish source as the Blaze can be attacked as a right wing rubbish source.

Just all part of left wing conspiracy world, and not credible.

  9. Buccaneer says:

Politifact is a left wing rubbish site that verbals anyone they don’t agree with. Perpo, but you knew that.

  10. Prospero says:

There is lots more than Politifact talking about that “foundation” and its spurious claims. You can Google it.

But hey, “And that looked suspicious to me” is all the standard of proof needed in MAGA conspiracy world.

But hey, “And that looked suspicious to me” is all the standard of proof needed in MAGA conspiracy world.

I seem to recall either you or one of the other Cyclists of the Minor Inconvenience using that exact formulation here not too long ago. I had a chip at the culprit at the time. It seems that the same standard of proof also applies in lefty world (when it suits the “narrative”).

  12. Buccaneer says:

Fact free rants are the standard diatribes that beta lefty trolls use to pronounce themselves winners of an argument

  13. Tel says:

The local hypocrite wants to talk about standards of proof … like for example they still to this day claim that Trump is secretly a Russian agent, based on the Steele dossier, a complete hoax but the FBI conveniently wasted enormous effort investigating it and oh just happened to interfere with the Trump presidency. Then there was pretending that Carter Page was a Russian spy, which they didn’t even slightly believe but heck they just lied about it to the FISA court.

Weird the off-the-wall conspiracy theories that leftist journalists will happily believe if it just conveniently might damage Trump. I mean these guys believe that a guy with a spear and a fuzzy hat would be an “armed insurrection” … yes they really believe that.

Then you are expected to believe the crazy idea that a laptop left by Hunter Biden was somehow fabricated (including very personal photos, emails, etc) by more Wascally Wussians … they seem to believe dose Wussians are capable of nearly anything.

  14. Diogenes says:

And given record low vacancy rates in most of Australia, and everybody singing off the same hymn sheet here for 200k immigrants, where are they going to put them.

  15. Prospero says:

This is drifting off the topic of the post, but I note that Trump went on a bender and fully embraced QAnon level Deep State material in a series of “Truth” posts the other day. As summarised at Daily Kos:

The meltdown on Tuesday was notable both for its unhinged nature and its unmistakably eliminationist targeting of his Democratic enemies—though scripted violence (or stochastic terrorism, if you will) has in fact been part of Trump’s playbook for a long time.

One of the memes he reposted on Truth Social features a stylized photo of Vice President Kamala Harris, President Joe Biden, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi with words covering their eyes: “Your enemy is not in Russia.”

Another meme was an artist’s portrait of Trump at his desk in the Oval Office, looking stolid while severe winds and rain blow through. “The Deep State whispered to President Trump, ‘You cannot withstand the storm,” it read. “The President whispered back, ‘I am the storm.’”

As NBC News’ Ben Collins observed: “This is not a guy who sounds like he’s running a political campaign. It’s a guy who is pointing his followers toward political enemies to target.”

Trump’s Truth Social “retruths” mainly revolved around QAnon-loving accounts like “Patriotic American Alpha Sauce” and “ULTRA-MAGA 4LIFE.” One of them, from “snazzyburrito,” was simply a post featuring an original “Q” post suggesting that Trump would use military intelligence to replace the CIA and FBI.

It’s absurd that you idiots don’t acknowledge the clear encouragement of anti-government, Right wing violence inherent in Trump’s behaviour.

  16. Prospero says:

Anyway, I think it likely that senior Repubs are getting ready to dump Trump.

How are Carlson and Hannity going to deal with that?

A civil war within the Repubs will be good to watch, though.

  17. Boambee John says:

    Perverse Preposterous

ROFLMAO! The Daily Kos, worse that Politifact.

It’s absurd that idiots like you don’t acknowledge the clear encouragement of violence towards their political opponents that seems to be inherent in the behaviour of most leftists.

Think of groups like Occupy Wall Street, BLM, many environmental protest/activist groups, and those groups that protested violently against globalism, before leftists saw globalism as another path to power. Then think of individuals like Schumer, calling for (illegal) protests outside the homes of Supreme Court justices, or the Squad, calling for protestors to “get in the face of” any Trump administration officials who had the temerity to take their families to a restaurant or the theatre. That behaviour sounds lot like this comment:

As NBC News’ Ben Collins observed: “This is not a guy who sounds like he’s running a political campaign. It’s a guy who is pointing his followers toward political enemies to target.”

When you have explained that behaviour, then turn your attention to the ravings of the Daily Kos.

  18. Prospero says:

    You’re boring, blowie.

I’ve said many times: BLM was a protest movement about policing that had parts of it turn into race riots, as the USA tends to have every decade or so. Nothing at all like a ex President going on for years to his (often highly armed) followers about how the current president is illegitimate, the Deep State is against him, etc etc.

He is encouraging anti-government action by a Right wing which has carried out deadly, large scale anti-government terrorism in the past.

  19. Boambee John says:

    Perverse Preposterous

    You’re boring, blowie.

You don’t have to read my comments. They are not really meant for you, as you are too stuck in the mud to change. My comments are for other readers, so that they can understand the depth of your stupidity.

BLM was a protest movement about policing that had parts of it turn into race riots, as the USA tends to have every decade or so.

Suuuuure. Parts of it that rioted for months, killing dozens, injuring hundreds, taking control of parts of cities, and attacking Federal buildings in acts of insurrection. Just standard left wing political “activism”.

  20. Boambee John says:

    PS:

which has carried out deadly, large scale anti-government terrorism in the past.

The most destructive act of “deadly, large scale anti-government terrorism in the past” was the DemonRat Confederates firing on Fort Sumpter.

And when the Civil War was over, the DemonRats founded the KKK, to continue their terrorism.
