  1. Entropy says:

I think we can all agree children, that whoever is so inclined to become a
Politician is not someone you want to leave alone with your near and dear. Or your wallet. In fact, not someone you will want to socialise with at all.

  2. Jannie says:

Oh, you mean like how the Republicans want to force internet giants into treating them “fairly” by letting any lie be promulgated with no interference ever; how companies who don’t toe the line on gay issues (see Disney) are to be punished; and cleaning out the “Deep State” of government, military, FBI and police and replace them all with loyalists to Trump is the wish list (because not doing Trump’s bidding is by definition being a “RINO” and secret member of the Deep State.) Is that what you mean?

    Noo

  3. Prospero says:

A young person saying that her father was in the shower with her is intimating sexual impropriety, otherwise known as abuse or maybe assault.
Why else would a daughter impart that precise information.

She wasn’t a “young person” when she wrote it, in a journal that was for herself (while in rehab, I believe) – it was never meant to be published. She says about that it was “probably not appropriate” but there is nothing to indicate her age or circumstances (including number of times it may have happened, at whose suggestion, etc.)

Within a couple of years of writing it, she is on TV being very supportive of her father and speaking very warmly of him.

Whatever she thought of the “showering together” in 2019 as a part potential reason of her “hypersexualisation” as a child, it clearly is not something that has affected her relationship with her father detrimentally – that is obvious. And molestation at the hands of a parent is not something known to lead to good relationship as an adult.

Hey Porp, have I got this right? You’re saying there’s nothing to Creepy Joe’s – for example – close proximity sniffing (of minors), groping (of minors), showering with minors, walking about the worplace au naturel?

  5. Fat Tony says:

Prepuce is really on fire today…

You all do realise he’s just a shit-stirrer getting wood from stirring you up.

  6. Boambee John says:

    Tony

And he isn’t capable of defining “fascist”, possibly because all the drafts come out saying “voluntary collusion between Big Business and Big Government for mutual advantage”. Instead he babbles on about government leaning on business, something that he seems to support when it suits his political wishes..

  7. Buccaneer says:

    Perpo

I’m calling 100% bullshit on this one.

Everything you write is 100% bullshit. You seem to be one of the few here that hasn’t worked that out.

Seriously, you quote an interview you witnessed of Ashley Biden being supportive of her father as rock solid evidence that there is nothing to see when she has written on a piece of paper that her dad might have been inappropriate with her.

You are seriously naive if you think a child would not be conflicted in revealing abuse and would always automatically hate a parent abuser.

Obviously, for you, Metoo was something that happened for other people.

  8. Prospero says:

I assume, incidentally, that Fox News in the 1940’s would have been freaking out about stories that Churchill dictated to male (and female) staff from the bathtub, was seen nude by them and (possibly) at least one other world leaders, and was pretty much as casual about nudity around the house as Biden.

FFS – you are twisting words again.

I’m going to reprint what she wrote, thickhead:

“Hypersexualised at a young age. What is this due to? Was I molested. I think so – I can’t remember specifics but I do remember trauma – I remember not liking the woolzacks house. I remember being somewhat sexualised with caroline; I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate); being turned on when I wasn’t supposed to be. I remember the q tips – I hated getting my ears cleaned. Beating my vagina due to overhearing my parents having sex. What made me so attached? My mother not emotionally available. My father was – message – I could get love from men”.

As I said before: the molestation (which she can’t even remember) is mentioned in the context of not liking another house, suggesting she thinks it happened there with person(s) she does not mention. She has two other thoughts and then mentions the shower – if a person thinks they were molested in the shower by their father, they put the things together. These are separated by other thoughts.

Yes, she thinks they were “probably inappropriate” – she might blame herself for initiating it at too old an age. I don’t know, but that’s a possibility.

What I am saying, and I think you are just being an obtuse twit for the sake of it – is that if she was seriously linking “trauma” and molestation to having showered with her father, she would not likely be in a very close relationship with her father now.

She clearly is, and your “oh she might be conflicted” just doesn’t ring true when you watch the interview.

I hope she addresses this, because I would bet $10,000 on her saying “this is appalling, I never linked molestation to my father. People are putting pieces of my journal together in a way that isn’t warranted.”

  10. Buccaneer says:

Perpo, you always assume the worst of people you disagree with, so I suspect no one is surprised you’d post something as ridiculous as that as some kind of shallow excuse for downplaying sexual abuse of children so egregiously

  11. Boambee John says:

    Perverse Preposterous

What were your thoughts about Cdl Pell being naked in a swimming pool change room with young boys? Some of those pursuing him made a big deal of it.

  12. C.L. says:

I assume, incidentally, that Fox News in the 1940’s would have been freaking out about stories that Churchill dictated to male (and female) staff from the bathtub, was seen nude by them and (possibly) at least one other world leaders, and was pretty much as casual about nudity around the house as Biden.

Churchill in a big old tub waxing eloquent to General Montgomery = showering with your tween daughter.

    Sure.

A young person saying that her father was in the shower with her is intimating sexual impropriety, otherwise known as abuse or maybe assault.
Why else would a daughter impart that precise information?
And if it’s false it’s up to Biden to say so.

Exactly. And the broader context is Biden’s notorious groping of little girls.

  13. Boambee John says:

    Perverse Preposterous

Have you yet worked out the actual intent of the 2nd Amendment, and why that intent shows that all your parsing of words does not affect the implicit meaning in Creepy Joe’s speech? Hint, it is not about invading foreign countries.

  14. Prospero says:

Pell? Seeing he wasn’t related to any of the boys in the change room, it was obviously risky for him if he was perceived as lingering too long in there. But whether he did or not (linger) I dunno.

  15. Boambee John says:

    CL

Exactly. And the broader context is Biden’s notorious groping of little girls.

A context recorded in a “compilation video” of many of his little “episodes”. While he is looking at the video of Creepy Joe’s speech, and his daughter’s whatever it might mean talk, he could usefully look at that video. He might even learn something.

  16. Boambee John says:

    Perverse Preposterous

Pell? Seeing he wasn’t related to any of the boys in the change room, it was obviously risky for him if he was perceived as lingering too long in there. But whether he did or not (linger) I dunno.

Apparently he was supervising their pool session, so he needed to “linger” until all were dressed. Others made much of this, glad to see that you were not part of that pile-on, which led precisely nowhere, but got the media down and dirty. As usual.

  17. C.L. says:

Churchill’s wartime dictationist was Patrick Kinna who lived till 2009. I’m not aware of any stories of Churchill ever being deliberately naked in front of women staff. Even the story of his being starkers in front of Roosevelt is only considered likely true/substantially embellished (like all Churchill stories).

  18. Prospero says:

Trigger alert: don’t watch famous Japanese film My Neighbor Totoro – the father is in the tub with two daughters in that one. One definitely a “tween” too.

  19. MatrixTransform says:

    speaking of nuddy
prospero is the only one with their whole cock out right now

    is that it?

    the whole thing?

  20. Buccaneer says:

Trigger alert, I’m not leaving my kids with Perpo

  21. Prospero says:

Funny you should mention Pell, though.

Yes, people did talk about his playing with boys in the pool – roughhousing I suppose you would call it – and from today’s perspective, more so than in the 1960’s, it is definitely viewed with suspicion. But some allowance does have to be made for different social standards, and there was generally speaking less suspicion of a “touchy” male then, whether they be a priest, teacher, or scout master being “physical” with a child as part of play or sport, or whatever.

Biden is of exactly the same vintage, and yes, he is a “touchy” type of guy, and presumably always has been. Yet you give no “benefit of the doubt” to him, because you prefer the memes, the videos slowed down, with menacing music, etc. Been successfully brainwashed by the Right wing media game.

  22. Prospero says:

I didn’t need to make presumptions or interpret videos about Trump finding his daughter hot – he literally kept telling us. (From what age he had the thought, I dunno, but there is more than one very handsy photo of him and her).

  23. Buccaneer says:

Perpo quotes an anime fantasy film as evidence that nudity with daughters is normalised in our society, next I expect he’ll be quoting Bad Boy Bubby as evidence that glad wrap is an acceptable method of VAD.

  24. Prospero says:

Go back to your English lessons, bucco. You think that it makes sense that a person would use both “probably inappropriate” and “trauma” as descriptions of the same event of molestation by a parent. Not even a ESL person would make the connection.

  25. Buccaneer says:

Once again Perpo, you’re making things up, go back to your lame anime. You’d do well to stop revealing the rock from under which you crawled out.

  26. Tel says:

Recall Mussolini’s words: “Everything within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state.” That sounds more like the DemonRat dream than the Republican one.

    Reading? U serious bro?

  27. MatrixTransform says:

    keep talking prospero …
