Today’s flag-burning protests were organised by the tardy Warriors of the Aboriginal Resistance.

That will help the Voice get up.
    Not.
I see the race-baiter and stirrer senator from Victoria is at it again.

  2. Baba says:

Lidia Thorpe? Cunning false flag anti Voice stunt staged by white racists. Confirmed!

  3. Terry says:

Seem like nice people we should listen to about how the country should be run.
    #thevoice

    Another Socialist Alliance peaceful gathering.

Wally Aly of Das Projekt just had what must be his biggest brain fart on air to date. Rather than a monarch or an elected president, Wally proposes our own version of the British monarchy – that the head of state in Straya should always/only be an appointed indigenous elder.

  6. Perfidious Albino says:

Er, I wonder whose consulate that was?! Certainly didn’t look like a British coat of arms or crown they were smearing blood over…

    Oh Lord.

  8. Perfidious Albino says:

    Portuguese I reckon…

  9. Baba says:

In other news, Vlod Zelensky has released Polish opposition leader Victor Mavershay from detention in exchange for 200 non- existent nazis.

  10. a reader says:

I think you’re right Perfidious Albino. The crown looks to be that of Joao VI and the escutcheon certainly looks Portuguese, as in the extant one since 1481.

  11. Jannie says:

    WAR.

We still have judgment here; but we teach
Bloody instructions, which, being taught, return
    To plague the inventor.

Can an Australian senator be charged with incitement?

  13. cuckoo says:

Well, the ABC wore their black outfits for the ten days’ mourning, but now it’s back to business as usual. One item on their ‘news’ last night was getting an economist (Koukoulas, but how did you know?) to estimate a cost in lost productivity due to the national day of mourning. Then, within the very same item, they’re talking to regional hospo businesses reporting better returns because of the extra long weekend. I look forward to their report tonight on the cost in lost productivity due to the ridiculous Grand Final holiday instituted by Chairman Andrews

  14. Bruce of Newcastle says:

I am already subject to the undemocratic whims and demands of marsupial masters*.

We should have a Voice for possums! After all they were here first, it’s their country not ours.

(* the black thing is my knee, and the rectangle is my doormat)

  15. Shy Ted says:

    Lardy as well as tardy.

  16. NoFixedAddress says:

But who will burn AFL flags today given the blatant racism of the organization?

Is there blood on the ball?

  17. Riversutra says:

That will help the Voice get up.

The Fairfax papers are reporting majority support for the Voice despite the fact the voters admitting they have no idea what it entails. If there is no organised opposition, no Media coverage of the No voice, Liberals/Nationals washing their hands like Pontius Pilate, then we have to accept it will pass. No matter how bad the behavior of these people. Dutton the Disappearer will never openly oppose this, thus the Voice will pass. They are going to guilt white Australia into this.
On a lighter note , this is how the media refers to the professional protest attendees :

the economic-reformist group the Socialist Alternative.

If your economic reform means what’s yours is theirs, I guess it’s apt.

  18. Old Lefty says:

In contrast to Fairfax, the Australian is reporting polls that have support for the monarchy increasing since the Queen’s death. Yesterday’s outbreak of woke lumpenmarxist abuse will probably increase it even more.

As Stairman Dan showed yet again during Victoria’s world record lockdown, he absolutely hates small and medium size business.

  20. NoFixedAddress says:

It is appropriate that a Green is portrayed with blood on their hands.
