I came to the conclusion that the 2020 election was bent on a range of counts. The real numbers are in the vast harvest of postal votes, but other factors in play. I am not aware that they have strengthened the security of the system, and wonder why they just wont steal the next one as well. Given the evidence against them, Biden in particular, they cannot afford to lose the reigns of power, and control of the FBI etc.

This should bring Non Mentis out of his lair.

except the liar admitted to staff he lost.

Link? Or you made it up.

  5. Riversutra says:

Trump lost because he was not a professional politician and didn’t have them around him to run his campaign.
The Democrats got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They put their people inside the process. They fended off voter ID requirements, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people (or thousands to vote repeatedly) to vote by mail for the first time. They gamed the election and won.
The time to defeat this was BEFORE the election. He didn’t. He lost.
He was robbed but it was his fault. He should have spent less time with his huge rallies and more on preventing an hostile takeover of the voting system.

  6. Davey Boy says:

MSM here in Oz has NPC firmware that directs them to repeat bigly and often that Trump’s ‘stolen election’ claim is ‘thoroughly discredited’, is ‘misinformation’ and ‘disinformation’. I’m sure that the gABC etc will trot this out soon enough, and then for enough people it will be a case of, I saw it on the news so it must be true! and if you don’t agree, flow chart says, off to the Hall of Ridicule and Shame you go!

  7. C.L. says:

It’ll be fun when the Republicans subpoena Democrats next year to explain their coordination of the worst murder wave in 100 years, their collusion with Russian spies on the Steele Dossier, the 10% Biden bribes from Ukraine and China, Schumer’s call for Supreme Court justices to be assassinated etc.

New calls today for a probe into Biden’s criminal attempt to rig oil prices with help from the Saudis – who sent him packing, rejected and humiliated.

  8. C.L. says:

Brutal New York Post front page.

  9. Buccaneer says:

The scary part is that the NYP front page should be the universal condemnation of the entire msm, there is no room for pretending they are not in recession, there is no room for pretending the economic experts have no plan for fixing the situation where inflation is out of control when supply is failing but employment is still firm. That lack of plan, means employment will inevitably soften.

Large parts of the msm are not reporting but editorialising how they want the world to appear.

Trump should show up and just repeat the following:

This committee is a Political Clown Show and just another version of the Russia Hoax…instead of focusing on helping the American people through these terrible economic times, you clowns are spending their time and money on your Trump Derangement Syndrome…shame on every one of you.

The election Fraud was Massive and resulted in a stolen election.

People showing up at the capital to protest a stolen election is not Insurrection…Let me educate you corrupt clowns on what an Insurrection actually is:

    Stealing an election is Insurrection…

Using the power of the government to Persecute your political opponents is Insurrection…

Holding your political opponents in prison for exercising their right to peacefully protest without due process is Insurrection…
Burning down our cities is Insurrection…

Refusing to secure our borders is Insurrection…

Funding a fake Dossier and pushing it through the corrupt Media to take down a Duly Elected President because you are mad you lost the election is Insurrection…

Having the corrupt FBI and DOJ pursue the Clinton Funded and Created Fake Russia Dossier even when they KNEW from the beginning it was fake to take down a President is INSURRECTION.

Joe Biden is Corrupt and has been enriching himself for 50 plus years at the expense of the Taxpayer…in fact he is so corrupt, that you corrupt clowns even Impeached me for trying to expose his corruption with Ukraine which he admitted to on video for everyone to see.

The Democrats and their RINO enablers destroyed this country and need to be voted out of office by massive margins to overcome their cheating.

Americans Miss Mean Tweets, Cheap Gas, Energy Independence, Low Inflation, A booming Stock Market, World Peace, and a President that doesn’t have Dementia and does not need to wear a Diaper.

The resulting meltdown of the corruptocrats and their brownshirts in the media would be beyond epic.

I suspect their “brilliant” game plan is to Subpoena Trump and then arrest and kangaroo court convict him for refusing to show up to their circus to prevent him from running in 2024…these morons are playing with fire…may they reap their just deserts with two scoops of ice cream!

Epic! I wish I had written that.

  11. Terry says:

    ‘but employment is still firm’
Just like Australia (and everywhere else), ‘Bullshit Jobs’ not underpinned by value-add (productivity) are just glorified welfare.

In private enterprise it comes straight from profits (but at least it is voluntary, and the consequences are real).

From government it comes straight from taxes, which come straight from the profits of private enterprise (involuntary, pervasive, and destructive).

Either way, being over-governed, over-regulated, and over-taxed is highly inflationary and essentially theft/fraud on a grand scale.

Measuring “employment” as anything other than the percentage of the available workforce engaged in productive pursuits is utterly meaningless.

  12. NFA says:

I have my USA voting ticket registered in various States, where will you vote?

  13. Tel says:

US employment is not in a great position.

    https://fred.stlouisfed.org/graph/fredgraph.png?g=UR1O

In late 2019 it was over 61% with a clear upward trend … then lockdowns and dipstick policy blunders crashed it out temporarily, and here we are two years later it has only got back to 60% … where it has been sitting flat for six months with no sign of improvement. All the types of interest rates have taken a sudden upturn, including mortgage rates, corporate bond rates, and 10Y treasury yield. That means strong expectations of more inflation, and higher risk.

Although in the long run higher rates and even bankruptcies are going to be necessary in order to reallocate capital away from unproductive activities and towards productive activities … in the short term it’s going to be difficult. No doubt made worse as Democrats keep looting the US Treasury and redistributing into boondoggles around the place. Take a look at the California high speed rail … that’s a classic case of a project intended to soak money and never get completed. There’s all sorts of these green projects … not long ago we had a Tesla Megapack fire in a PG&E substation … search Elkhorn Battery Storage facility. Tell me about reliability of these renewables again?

  14. Tel says:

Measuring “employment” as anything other than the percentage of the available workforce engaged in productive pursuits is utterly meaningless.

    Here you go.

    https://fred.stlouisfed.org/graph/fredgraph.png?g=UR3O

You can see the prime age population, where employment has not quite recovered to where it was in 2019. The older population seem to be giving up in recent months, there’s a small downward trend visible there … early retirement perhaps? Digging their bomb shelters?!?

The younger population always has an employment bump in July and they are just coming off that bump … we can’t say much until a few months from now when it steadies out but looks to be a fraction worse than 2019 for those guys.

  15. Buccaneer says:

It will get way worse, there is not going to be easy money anymore

  16. Lee says:

Where is Zelensky at the moment anyway?

I saw a rather vague assertion (vague in the sense that he was not actually named) that he was not in Ukraine, but hiding out in the U.S.

Mind you, I find it very hard to believe that Zelensky would seek refuge in another country, while his compatriots fight on.

  17. Buccaneer says:

Yes, well they will have to stop spending like drunken sailors soon, and the Chinese aren’t buying up so much debt, inflation will just keep going nuts.

  18. Tel says:

Biden is taking his turn to escalate further.

    https://www.reuters.com/technology/us-aims-hobble-chinas-chip-industry-with-sweeping-new-export-rules-2022-10-07/

The new export embargo not only demands US companies are not allowed to export to China, but also no American citizen is allowed to work for any Chinese business in the relevant industries. Apparently, they intend to also include Taiwan in this sweep … that is to prevent Chinese business from buying chips that are made in Taiwan.

No idea whether the government of Taiwan is going along with this, but any American citizens might find themselves sent home, unless they want to abandon their citizenship.

  19. Yank says:

Ashli Babbitt led a mob seeking to overpower a single security agent in her attempt to have access to members of congress for the purpose of murdering them. The fact tgst this mob was not met more generally with force remains one of the mysteries that Trump should explain.

  20. Yank says:

Virtually all the evidence given to the Jan 6 committee is from Republicans. President Trump sponsored 61 court actions over the voting results and lost 61. This document, If it really is from the President, suggests that he either employs children in his office or is himself unhinged.
Sadly all the evidence is clear in confirming that the President attempted a coup. He will have to answer for that.

    Non Mentis, is that you?

Ohio Republican, military. Party of Lincoln family since it’s origins.

  23. Eyrie says:

No idea whether the government of Taiwan is going along with this, but any American citizens might find themselves sent home, unless they want to abandon their citizenship.

The ones in China itself might find themselves working in a Chinese Gulag, unable to go home. What’s the demented one gunna do about it?

  24. Eyrie says:

Party of Lincoln family since it’s origins.

Lincoln was tyrant who got half a million or so of his countrymen killed for nothing. The problems could have been resolved peacefully.

  25. Boambee John says:

    Yank

    Lincoln family or Lincoln Project?

  26. Tel says:

The fact tgst this mob was not met more generally with force remains one of the mysteries that Trump should explain.

Nancy Pelosi was responsible for security arrangements … the fact that you don’t understand even this much makes it a sure bet nothing else you say is accurate.

They had the opportunity to use the National Guard but instead deliberately chose to understaff the security forces on the day.

Strangely also, although two “pipe bombs” (almost certainly fake devices but need to be taken seriously regardless) were left in obvious places the night before … and yet various security sweeps didn’t find these until the last moment … and even to this day they have become extremely incompetent tracking down whoever left these devices. Yet they were very good at tracking down Trump supporters, arresting them and holding them without trial for 12 months in filthy conditions unable to access legal counsel.

I think we all know what’s going on.

  27. Yank says:

Folks. Even the Wall Street Journal editorial board has reached my conclusion. It’s not even slightly controversial.

That doesn’t mean that it is correct.

  29. Shy Ted says:

It’s a movie. Clips of Nancy & Chuck Schumer as well as more minor characters admitting it have appeared in the last few days.
