There is no evidence for claims the 2020 election wasn’t stolen

I am glad everyone is now seeing the light, on what I have been saying loud and clear for the last two years, that the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged and stolen by a combination of Democrats, Big Tech, ‘law enforcement’ and other bad actors. Sadly, we have become a corrupt country, perhaps one of the most corrupt anywhere in the world. We must right this horrible wrong and take our country back!”

Well Wank, it appears we are in agreement.
Your endless moaning about Trump enhances the J6 action to impeach him under the 14th Amendment.
It says,”no person shall be a senator or representative in Congress” or “hold any office, civil or military” if they, after having taken an oath to support the Constitution, “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof”
So, if Trump goes, so must the 388 traitors who have “given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof”.
Sorry to drag you back to reality, but feel free to weasel on instead about whatever “thing” you are told to support today.
So, yes, I would love to see Trump impeached on this one. It is called “Wedge” politics

Boxcar: your idea of treason is congress voting in a way you don’t like. Much like trump. Difference being he is a potus. You both seem to be opposed to democracy

Trump Clarifies Statement Misrepresented as a Call to End to U.S. Constitution

Donald Trump is sometimes his own worst enemy but, as we know from Russiagate, he is also grossly misrepresented in the media. The former president was recently accused of calling for an end to the U.S. Constitution in an inarguably badly-worded TruthSocial post. But he has since clarified that he was not calling for an end to the Constitution. In fact, the post seems to be an awkward argument that a stolen election — and thus an illegitimate government — means that the Constitution would no longer be in force, and thus laws that exist for a republican form of government would not provide solutions. Whether or not his argument is true is a different issue.

For our VIPs: Democrats ‘Terminate’ the Constitution to Impose Their Agenda All the Time

    Here’s the original post:

“So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!”

Trump has now issued a clarification of his earlier post on the same platform, his TruthSocial:

“The Fake News is actually trying to convince the American People that I said I wanted to ‘terminate’ the Constitution. This is simply more DISINFORMATION & LIES, just like RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, and all of their other HOAXES & SCAMS. What I said was that when there is ‘MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION,’ as has been irrefutably proven in the 2020 Presidential Election, steps must be immediately taken to RIGHT THE WRONG. Only FOOLS would disagree with that and accept STOLEN ELECTIONS. MAGA!”

Again, whether Trump’s claim that the election was stolen is true or not is a separate issue; he didn’t call for an end to the Constitution. But put aside the usual Trumpian melodrama, and there’s a really interesting contention underneath.

Presuming a situation (for the sake of argument) where the 2020 election was stolen from Trump — a position that does have evidence to support it — the current administration would be illegitimate and the United States would have ceased to be a Republic. In that case, the Constitution and other republican laws would not, in fact, help the American people, because they only work as protections under a system of government that would have ceased to exist. Perhaps, instead of falsely accusing Trump of wanting to end the Constitution, the media should instead take on the argument I just articulated.

The truly controversial and bombshell thing Trump claimed was that we are no longer living in a Republic. That’s what the media — and the American people — should be debating.

Do you work out of an Australian based FBI Office or direct from D.C.?

  6. Not Trampis says:

Trump cultists continually say the election was stolen without providing any evidence.

They tried in 62 court cases and lost every time.

Non Mentis is avoiding any mention of Arizona, where the person responsible for running the election was also a candidate. “Unexpectedly”, various administrative failings on election day helped her campaign, and hindered that of her opponent.

Now, move along, nothing to see there.

Strangely enough (LOL) everything was running smoothly there the day before.

Maybe when you have treatment for your TDS?
    LOL.

  18. Not Trampis says:

The lady in Arizona was not the only person running for office who was secretary of state at the time of the election.
Again any evidence of problems in voting. No

  19. Boambee John says:

    Non Mentis

Again any evidence of problems in voting. No

No wonder you can’t come up with any data about electricity generation, you can’t even research publicly available information.

    Fail, try harder.

  20. Buccaneer says:

There are plenty of documented irregularities in Arizona 2022. An honest party that cares about democracy would want a thorough investigation to clear any suspicion of voters being disenfranchised and to ensure they have a clear mandate to govern. Not the dems, mighty suspicious that printers only malfunctioned in Red areas.

Also pretty poor the number of so called media outlets that unthinkingly call this situation a conspiracy theory.

  21. Boambee John says:

    Buccaneer

You are more generous than I am. I would have left Non Mentis to do his own research. He is supposed to be some kind of academic, after all.

PS, the DemonRats routinely screech about voters being disenfranchised, but are themselves enthusiastic proponents of the practice. This might be a legacy of their KKK days.

  22. Buccaneer says:

He’s not lazy or an academic in the traditional sense of the word. He’s a troll who thinks distraction on this forum suits his purpose. It actually just highlights how rubbish his own arguments are.
