Even if all these cases ultimately fail, yank asserts that they already have so credibility zero, that won’t be proof of fair and free elections unfettered by fraud. That ship has sailed and the 2020 election will remain tainted by claims (fair or otherwise) that the dems cheated. They had control of both houses and the ability to investigate on their terms but chose not to. One should be rightly skeptical of their actions given the strident claims of russian interference from them after the 2016 election and the subsequent muller investigation.

If there really was no electoral rorting, then the DemonRats and Establishment Republicans missed a great opportunity to destroy Trump and MAGA Republicans.
They could have convened a Joint Congressional investigation, with MAGA representation on the panel, allowed every complainant to present their evidence. If the evidence turned out to be a nothingburger, then Trump and Co are discredited.
That they refuse to do this shows that they fear exposure of something unsavoury. But don’t expect them to follow this logic.
