   The ego of dangerous clowns like Bolton is off the scale. For reasons known only to himself, and demonstrating his greatest weakness of trusting people who would become his enemies, Trump picked Bolton for a plumb job. However rather than be chuffed and work with Trump, Bolton had his own agenda. When it wasn’t followed he wrote a book bagging the Great Man.
