All they’ve gotta do once [their] Voice gets up is take their wishlists to whoever pulls the Voice’s strings and pay them to direct Parliament.
It will be like the Arbitration System, writ large, Parliament and the Courts will be completely bypassed.
Correct me if I’m wrong, Executive Government means Governor-General (or King) in Council. That would tie the hands of the Monarch or his representative to the whim of whatever BS the unelected “voice” comes up with. That surely can’t work in any way, shape or form

Australians have been conned into believing that removing the Right of the High Court to hear arguments on The Voice is a victory.
But that makes it above the High Court and on the level of a King claiming Divine Rights.

Organisations such as the Law Council and Liberty Victoria continue in their stance of having sold out to globalist imperatives which drive the Australian governments, just as the LC did during covid. At that time , rather than weighing up matters of justice and freedoms and advising and acting accordingly, the Law Council’s advice to the legal profession was reference to the creation of a response plan: ‘This response will be guided by the Australian Government’s recommendations and comply with the health warnings and employer obligations’. Not much in this to do with what is right and good with regard to covid; nor is there anything about the LC that augurs well for First Nations set-ups, given its propensity for advising compliance with a Government under the sway of Bill Gates.
The entire Voice “conversation” is being conducted by politicians, newspaper columnists, ABC pundits and taxpayer-funded grifters. Literally nobody else in the country cares.
An urgent investigation is required to establish why definite and indefinite articles are disappearing from Indigenous discourse.

Law council is a self perpetuating bureaucracy elected from the local law societies that are captured by the left.
The profession as a whole now has a soft left aspect but lots of pushback on teh Voice albeit in private.
