Raising retirement won’t do Jack in this stupid country. If you are a complete nobody working some pointless job at a university or the pubic serpents, having 17% super thrown at you, no retirement law is going to affect you. With the millions in super they’ll pack up and move to Costa Del Bali by 60 yrs of age.

All it does is draw out the painful existence of the low paid, self-employed, high-skilled shit pay types who will never get to ‘retire’ because they hit the used by date before they reached that milestone.

Yeah, nah. I don’t think they do that. It’s more nuanced. They encourage immigrants to keep their culture, no matter how rancid e.g. Islam. Muslims are welcome to keep their women in sacks. However, in some cases, where immigrants differ from our rancid culture, such as homosexuality, they just ask them to be quiet about it. Win, win.

The rest of us lose.
