BRS has not been found guilty by a court of anything. He has not been charged with anything.
Far left loons have accused him of stuff, and a far left judge has said they are correct that BRS is a murderer = therefore not defamed..
No evidence, no jury, no trial, no charges. What is your reason for believing this PoS excuse for a judge has it right?

And, even if the allegations are proven true, the VC must not be removed unless it specifically was earned during one of the incidents. I think it was George V who said that a man should be entitled to wear his VC, even if sentenced to death, to the gallows.
