  1. Buccaneer says:

Who will be the Oscar Schindler of the corporate/ sporting world in modern-day Australia? We all know they won’t be allowed to go public with any criticism.

  2. NFA says:

We’ll have ‘nixed crusadas’ pivot from their Voice referendum to their Republic referendum within 12 months.

  3. NFA says:

The Voice is a distraction while Australia’s UN “representatives” will be voting to hand sovereignty to the communist WHO with the false demonic worship of Pandemics, Climate Changes and Sexual Deviancy and Perversions.

  4. NFA says:

Kate Carnell the hospital ‘blower upperer’!

  5. Buccaneer says:

Expertly blew up the Liberal party too. Now, she’s moving on to the voice.

  6. Buccaneer says:

I’m expecting it won’t be a controlled demolition.

  7. Lee says:

In other news, Kate Carnell, doing her best to blow up the Yes vote.

One good thing about the Labor Party, missing from the Libs, is that they have party discipline and no Quislings like Carnell.

  8. Buccaneer says:

Totalitarians are always the hardest on traitors from the cause.

  9. Charles says:

Speaking of sports endorsements, after 30 years in Melbourne, my impression of ‘footy’ fans is that they have very little respect for the suits running the game. If the AFL pushes something, the average fan is likely to react against it.

  10. Mantaray says:

Charles, and others. A now departed relative of mine was a long-time minor functionary in a major political party, who helped determine candidate preselections (State and Federal) for about 45 years. He told me the best part of it was how friendly and generous the wannabes were when they ALL thought they had his vote.

And so it is with the Prime Dickhead and his wooing of the sports CEOs etc
“yes, of course we’ll support it Luigi” they all assure Albo…..all the while knowing the coin will flow for this Arse-lickery regardless of whether they actually vote for it themselves; regardless of whether the staff and players and supporters will follow their robotic commands.

Poor Antonio….constantly addressed as Guido or Santino or Marcello….or whatever it is they call him. A sad sack of the first order being played for the perennial fool he is.

BTW: Has he ever mentioned growing up in a Houso estate? Nah? Well he DID!

  11. Buccaneer says:

Arse lickers got to arse lick, look at Leeser, selected in one of the most conservative electorates in the country, arse licked his way there by telling the pre-selectors how conservative he was. I bet he tries to ensure there is no pre-selection in his electorate at the next election ala Hawke and Ley.

Why does politics attract such a bunch of narcissist mid wits? Well look at what the media does to exercise their peripheral power over the process, Mr and Mrs Pirate co-opting a self proclaimed victim to conspire with one side of politics over the other. Shameless. No sane person would expose themselves to that, let alone put up with the arrogant and feckless arse lickers too.

  12. Rabz says:

I heard a woman I know through my work say several weeks ago that the labore pollies she’s been speaking with (including the likes of Dreyfus and Shorten) were resigned to the Voice going down like the Hindenburg.

Their polling must be looking very bad. So just bring it on and be done with it, for goodness’ sake. The longer those labore geniuses delay the vote, the more likely it is to be rejected.

  13. Bruce of Newcastle says:

I’m getting the impression that the mk 1 suburban sport watcher is getting really really irritated with the codes going political.

One wonders whether advertisers will continue to ante up the big bucks if no one is watching.

  14. Jed says:

The referendum is an existential test for Aussies. Hoping they pass it, but, fearing they won’t.

  15. Adelagado says:

Shireen Morris had a commentary in The Australian today about how migrants have done well in this county, and should repay the favor by voting Yes.

    My comment was simply this….

“Yes, it’s interesting how immigrants have had so much success, in such a short time, thanks to hard work and ambition.”

    It was rejected.
