Cash was pretending to know nothing right to the end.
    Just incredible.

    Yet you believe Gallagher.

    Just incredible.

No. 1 fan of the Brittany Fan Club and Labor troll.

  2. Ed Case says:

Higgins was victimised by the Liberal Party from Day 1.
2 years later Michaelia Cash is Gaslighting her by saying she thought it was a Security guard.
Unbelievably, it looks like the Liberal Party are going to keep doubling down on stupid.

    Grandpa Cletus

Given your well deserved reputation as an habitual deceiver, no sane person is going to waste hours going through those recordings. Refer to the day, hour and minute of the specific evidence and some trusting reader (you have very few of those) might look.

  4. SydGal says:

How was B Higgins victimised by the Liberals from Day 1 if Fiona Brown walked her to the Police office in Parliament House the day Higgins told her she remembered Lehrmann being on top of her? Brown offered to attend the meeting with her but Higgins declined.

Brown told L Reynolds what Higgins had said. Reynolds wanted Brown to go to the Police but Brown was advised by the office responsible for staffing arrangements, “You’ve got to give the woman agency. It’s her right as to making a report to police.”

Brown later tried to contact Higgins to check on her welfare. Higgins said she was having a panic attack in a bathroom but was actually attending her former boss’s farewell lunch.

Higgins said she was going to the doctor but no appointment records located by police.

Higgins said she did not wear the dress for 6 months but wore it to a group dinner with Reynolds some weeks afterwards.

In her first police interview, Higgins said ‘I drink socially but I don’t usually get obliterated, but I was at 100. I hit 100. ‘As drunk as I’ve ever been in my life … Beyond schoolies drunk.’ The CCTV suggests otherwise.

Higgins provided a photograph of a bruised leg which she said was from the time of the incident but police said the metadata did not support the timeframe.

Higgins said she had been crying during the assault but security guard said she had a full face of makeup when they checked on her.

Higgins covertly recorded Cash and another staff member. According to news reports in Oct 2022, Whybrow lodged a complaint to Police in relation to this and for “disseminating those conversations to multiple persons including journalists and public relations consultants without the consent or knowledge of the other party’ which were ‘breaches of sections 4-6 Listening Devices Act’.

    From Oct 2022 News story:
Ms Higgins said that she hadn’t had an in depth conversation with Ms Wilkinson about her accusation against Mr Lehrmann before she emailed two police officers on February 4, 2021, explaining her wish to move forward with her complaint.

The court heard Ms Higgins say she had a phone conversation with Ms Wilkinson broadly about the culture of Parliament House before the police email. ??
But last week we heard audio from the 5 hour meeting in a Sydney Hotel room on 27 January.

After the mistrial and when there was likely to be another trial, Higgins made a speech outside the Court. News reports refer to Whybrow’s complaint to police: “I understand the complainant and other members of her support team were all seated in Court this morning when the Chief Justice discharged the jury and made strong comments about people making statements or comments that could prejudice a fair trial,” … “Notwithstanding Her Honour’s admonition, the complainant proceeded to give what appears to have been a pre-prepared speech to the media outside the Court.”

Higgins was wearing a jacket that belonged to someone else and it does not appear to have been returned. It was not from a “Goodwill” box in the office.

Apparently, a spokesperson for Ms Higgins is referring to the court transcript from the Lehrmann trial for Ms Higgins’ statements about Ms Brown’s involvement, noting that her evidence was given under oath. It’s difficult for the public to scrutinise this evidence without access to the Court transcripts.

50c a page, go to the window at your local Courthouse in Syd and they’ll print it off.

Yeah, the fate of that jacket is a National Tragedy, SydGal.

Perhaps you could start a GoFundMe @ # ReleaseThatJacket!?

  7. Boambee John says:

    Grandpa Cletus

The trial was in Canberra not Sydney.

  8. twostix says:

David Sharaz, 32, was born in Wrexham, north Wales, to a Welsh mother and Indian father but was adopted by another Welsh woman, Jean, and Indian father, Mo (pictured)

    Holy shit.

    🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Australian politics having a normal.

Behold your foreigner, half indian, suicidal, angst ridden semi-retarded ruling class.

  9. Boambee John says:

And theft remains theft, and that remains a crime.

    #Releasethejacket.

  10. Ed Case says:

Reynolds only brought the jacket issue up after Higgins went public.

Pretty obviously it wasn’t an issue until Reynolds was hunting for something to pin on Higgins.
    #JacketGate @ #ReleaseMyJacket c/- Linda Reynolds, Parliament House.

  11. Ed Case says:

Hard to say what Dutton’s strategy is in going after Gallagher, unless he’s hoping that Labor has some career ending dirt on Reynolds and Cash that they’ll let loose?

  12. Buccaneer says:

Katie lied, to the house and the people. No amount of look over there is working, it just sucks all the credibility out of a government that also lied about energy bills and nurses in aged care. Looks like Wong lied too, and Plibbers and Elbow.

You can’t wind back time with repetition.

  13. C.L. says:

    Bucc, check your spelling.

    “Buccanee” is getting spammed.

  14. Christine says:

    I didn’t like that jacket.
And maybe Linda Reynolds was tired of it.
Anyway, I thought she and BH were on good terms then – gifts of flowers and wine and gush – so initially the jacket-owner may have kindly overlooked the girl’s bad manners in taking off with it.

  15. Buccaneer says:

    Thanks CL

  16. Ed Case says:

so initially the jacket-owner may have kindly overlooked the girl’s bad manners in taking off with it.

    Yeah.
And maybe there was a rack with clothing that was donated to charity, it just didn’t have a sign on it saying so.
And maybe there was no ‘zampatti’ jacket, and NeverTellALie Linda was just being Linda?

  17. Christine says:

Well, I don’t know much about Linda Reynolds.
But whenever the name comes up, I put a ‘Brigadier’ in front of it and this makes me smile.

    Real Rukshan

    Update

  19. Boambee John says:

Notice how Grandpa Ed Cletus-Case, despite claiming to be a Liberal supporter, always defends Liars Party members and attacks Liberal Party members?

He is a Liars Party troll, probably paid.

  20. Buccaneer says:

Ed must be hating how badly the alp has been exposed by their double dealing here. Even Barnaby is beating them up about this. Now it’s been exposed that they knew about it all along, when will the first journalist ask Katie whether she counselled Shahiggins to go to the police? We all know the answer is they didn’t, but will Katie tell the truth or lie?

  21. NFA says:

The real question for Labor is which seat will they allocate to Bhiggins?

  22. Buccaneer says:

Also interesting is that now the public have seen the body language Wong and Gallagher exhibit when telling porkies. Polimuppets never like that to be revealed with no recourse to even the tiniest fig leaf. That’s usually the start of the end.

  23. Ed Case says:

Barnaby Joyce is talking out both sides of his mouth too.
Labor can’t ask questions in Parliament about a Rape allegation?
    GTFO.

  24. Buccaneer says:

No Ed, you are talking out of both sides of your mouth, preempting and investigation by presenting something in parliament before there was even a police statement was and remains totally inappropriate. Particularly when the alp weaponised the whole in a premeditated manner.

  25. Ed Case says:

The Police received the original complaint in April 2019.
How long do you suggest they should be able to run dead before a complainant goes public?
Remember, only 2% of Rape complaints in the ACT result in a Conviction.
    Everywhere else, it’s 20%.

  26. Buccaneer says:

They didn’t run dead, Britknee was the one who ran dead, after hearing the recordings, it seems reasonable to suggest this was to secure a political outcome that forced a legal one.

Neither the employer or the police can run without an official complaint. She refused it and didn’t provide until after the media story broke, the she wiped her phone was slow with evidence and lied.

No employer could have managed this level of palaver, it’s all on Shabritnee and her mates in the alp, whom you are desperate to run interference for.
