   Like all such photos, it might have been the temporary effect of a moment. But it sure does look like those photos of Biden at White House events where everyone is glad-handing and backslapping each other and no-one is paying him any attention at all.

    I don’t believe for a moment they have a cashed up central bank.

    I accept that all the friends and helpers for the Big Guy have been skimming and trouser stuffing … but would they also ensure that a public fixture such as the central bank is well funded? I doubt it … that gold would be stuffed in a hundred secret sock drawers, and all those guys have an exit strategy. Money for the country itself? Pffft … not bloody likely.
