All thes Native title claims should be rejected and the ones in existence nullified! ..
If the 251s want to claim they were “invaded” then treat ’em like a conquered people .. give ’em F**K ALL ..
If being loud and out there is good enuf for them then give ’em what they ask for .. Full-on subjugation …… TO THE VICTOR THE SPOILS ……….!

  2. Morsie says:

Could someone explain the difference between “infer” and “confer” to the journo and subbie?

  3. jupes says:

The feds are paying millions for the Aborigines claims, while rate payers are paying the council’s costs. It was only a couple of weeks ago that the Yes campaign was scoffing at claims that Aboriginal grifters were after people’s back yards.

There will be more of this once the Yes case goes down at the referendum. Much more. The government and Aboriginal industry will be after revenge.

  4. Shy Ted says:

    From their annual report –

    Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
With an ongoing spike in lateral violence toward QYAC and QYAC staff, the health and mental well-being of QYAC employees continues to be of paramount
importance and is critical to the ongoing success of our organisation. QYAC continues to ensure that all employees have access to an EAP, which supports employees through confidential telephone counselling.

    What’s lateral violence ?

Displaced violence; that is anger and rage is directed towards members within a marginalised or oppressed community rather than towards the oppressors of the community

  5. C.L. says:

So “lateral violence” is the third-hand smoke of grievance.

  6. Entropy says:

One of those blocks is next door to the in-laws. – public land earmarked for a park.

  7. Shy Ted says:

    How’s business going?

Minjerribah Camping has experienced difficulty attracting
    and retaining staff.

    So, nobody wants to work.
Income is mostly grants and such. Biggest expenses are salaries and consultancies.
Pretending to care for country doesn’t come cheap.

  8. Christine says:

I can’t see them ever being satisfied.
    All greed and grievance.

Helped themselves to apostrophes and hyphens, but evidently no Aboriginal word for gratitude.

  9. Franx says:

The affiliations of the QYAC are pretty impressive and from a cursory look involve all sorts, including private industry and charities, that is charities managed by … .

  10. Lee says:

Stories like this must be doing wonders for the “Yes” vote.

    LOL.

  11. and says:

Droll Pearson and Farcia Plankton are doing wonders for the “NO” vote.

Droll has revealed his “secret weapon”. He says, “OK, I’ve been obnoxious to intending ‘NO’ voters for yonks. But, guys, if I put up a front… if I seem quasi-nice to people for the next few weeks, won’t you vote ‘YES’?”

Plankton is claiming that intending “NO” voters have been “conned” by the “NO” campaign –

Australians have been ‘conned’ by ‘no’ campaign, says Indigenous academic Marcia Langton.

    and

Marcia Langton warns no vote in voice referendum could be ‘mandate to cause us even further harm’.

  12. Buccaneer says:

More tantrum throwing from the very people at the heart of the current failed indigenous tax payer funds appropriation apparatus who purposely ignore the failure of that project to better the lives of remote indigenous communities. Give us what we want or you’re hurting us. How long before they glue themselves to a statue of James Cook?

Perhaps, had they been able to demonstrate even a modest amount of previous success, there might have been less need to dissemble about the reasons to vote for the current dishonest proposal?

  13. Franx says:

I may have missed it but I have not heard the UN or any of its offshoots, nor any of the benevolent billionaire globalist foundations, come out in full throttle support of the voice, proudly to acclaim it as a matter of restorative justice for colonised peoples as well as for gaia. The silence, if it exists not just to my ears, is intriguing.

  14. NFA says:

Sydney Harbour and at least 100 metres from the shore line should be next.

Surely Bennelong Point should be cleared of all structures in readiness for repatriation!

  15. Christine says:

The only Australians impressed by Turnbull’s grandstanding are those already in the Yes camp.
Of course this wouldn’t dawn on him.
    A miserable character.

  16. Lee says:

I think I would probably die laughing if Turnbull lost his property to Native title.

  17. Buccaneer says:

If the referendum question were to be, should Malcolm Turnbull lose his property to native title and be turfed out of the country for good and by the way there be a voice to parliament? That might present a serious quandary for much of the populace, the yes vote could be significant considering his new mates all secretly hate him as much as everyone else does.

  18. Pat Mac says:

    Bucc, you surely tempt us!

  19. Lee says:

That might present a serious quandary for much of the populace, the yes vote could be significant considering his new mates all secretly hate him as much as everyone else does.

I don’t know whether it is an urban myth that Malcolm and Lucy Turnbull have almost no friends.

  20. and says:

There are many, many chummy photos of the qantastical midget, Alan Joist, and Dennis Elbow, e.g.,

    https://www.michaelsmithnews.com/2023/09/qatar-didnt-stand-a-chance.html

    https://www.michaelsmithnews.com/2023/09/its-time-for-an-upgrade-chairmans-lounge.html

The evidence is mounting that Dennis could indeed be Joist’s “mistress”.

  21. Petros says:

It’s about time that the Sydney elites realised that native title claims could happen to their region, too. It’s been too slow in the coming. These douchebags are quite happy to screw over farmers and others in regional areas. Now for the windfarms.

  22. Christine says:

The idea of a deeply passionate connection between ‘Dennis’ and ‘Joist’ is too horrible to entertain.

Compared with the land-grabs, offering cheap seats at entertainment venues to persons identifying as non-white might be small fry – but it still rankles.
Is there anything left to hand out?
Let’s see a couple of harbourside piles generously and graciously offered up.

  23. Buccaneer says:

I don’t know whether it is an urban myth that Malcolm and Lucy Turnbull have almost no friends.

Are you suggesting that if all the people to the right of Trumble were suddenly given the gulag treatment, that Trumble wouldn’t be next? You do remember that he stymied the first attempt at the voice because his great mate Abbott was involved.

  24. Baba says:

I don’t know whether it is an urban myth that Malcolm and Lucy Turnbull have almost no friends.

Malcolm and Lucy don’t have friends. They only know marks.

  25. C.L. says:

Canberra woman Bev Cains deals with Catholic bishops and the Voice…

    Very good – at Quadrant:

What the Votress Said to the Bishop.

  26. Lee says:

Are you suggesting that if all the people to the right of Trumble were suddenly given the gulag treatment, that Trumble wouldn’t be next?

The left (which he thinks are his friends) would turn on Turnbull in a heartbeat; the only reason it tolerates him is because he supports all the woke causes and hates everyone to his right.

Almost none of them ever voted for him, even if they would have preferred him instead of Tony Abbott as PM.

Everyone knows he is a Judas.

  27. John H. says:

Demand the indigenous provide examples of Rainbow Serpent coprolite.

  28. Buccaneer says:

Everyone knows he is a Judas

Narcissists don’t make friendships, they only use people for self-validation. Those silly enough to think Trumble is their friend have a date with karma coming.

  29. Christine says:

As Mrs Bev Cains stated, there is never any acknowledgment of the benefits enjoyed.
The bishops should be familiar with “give thanks”.

  30. Christine says:

Racist and stupid? Two lead balloons.

And we’re told there’s nothing to fear.

It’s reported that Mark Alfred Dreyfus (the Dark Greypus) showed his passionate side today. Just sickening.

  31. RacerX says:

Voice campaigner Marcia Langton labels No voters as ‘racist, stupid’.

To stupid to see the irony of claiming it is racist to not give one racial group benefits every other.

It’s time for some truth telling about the multiple waves of migration to this continent and clarifying why the tasmanian indigenous population was different to those on the continent. That alone can ensure the term ‘first nations people’ is proved false with regard those that arrived later from Southern India, who likely wiped out the earlier peoples of the continent. While those truths are hidden I’ll see all those pushing the current agenda as self serving racists.

  32. Petros says:

    And how about those pygmies?
