    We need a referendum that bans all lawyers from Parliament and Universities.

    If lawyers in general don’t see an issue with the invoice, then yes, I think it might just preclude them from parliament and universities.

    Of course the learned former chief justice’s remarks are not yet another indication that the screeech will be a lawyers’ picnic.

    I had a first year Civil Engineering lecturer say that Lawyers should be used to proof test bridges. His argument was along the lines that it’s doing the community a big service, especially if the bridge fails.

    It’s hard to argue with that logic.
