    US Representative Cori Bush says stopping US funding of ‘Israeli apartheid’ would help calm the situation.

    I will refrain from saying anything more since I can’t think of anything to say which isn’t rude or obscene.

    Two main reasons.

    1. Bibi showing his ‘New Middle East’ map at the UN completely erasing Palestine.

    2. Serial provocations at Al-Aqsa, including a storming by hundreds of Israeli settlers.

    Al-Aqsa is a definitive red line – for Palestinians, for the Arab world, and for the lands of Islam.

    Yet there’s WAY more.

    The dead giveaway is the Israeli rhetoric of a ‘Pearl Harbor’.

    Everyone knows what it means.

    Project Ukraine is dead.

    So the Masters of the Universe need a new war (“on terror”) to set West Asia on fire.

    Peaceful West Asia means reconstruction for Syria, redevelopment for Iraq and Lebanon, Iran and Saudi Arabia as part of BRICS 11, the Russia-China strategic partnership respected and engaged all across West Asia.

    The Northern Sea Route is already in effect, directly undermining the Suez Canal.

    One of the key themes discussed at Valdai at the highest level was de-dollarization.

    All of the above is anathema for the usual suspects.

    There’s another theory that most of the weapons now in Gaza came via Ukraine and Hamas released a video thanking the corrupt officials. Might be a misdirection … there’s other evidence that Hamas manufactures their own rockets, but we do know those Ukrainian weapons are able to somehow pop up in unusual places.

    There’s a very fundamental problem that, for people running a protection racket, a little chaos is good for business. Security forces don’t want to keep everyone perfectly secure because that results in complacency. The same peverse incentive happens in the medical industry … if a doctor actually made you healthy then he’s lost a customer. If the shoemaker sells you a very well made set of boots then he can’t sell another pair … and so it goes, everything is shit by design.
