“He should apologise for taking the name of Yunupingu in vain”

Having a normal one, Linda Burney compares a greedy con artist and woman basher to God.

The gucci gnome is easily shocked ……! Hopefully, come Sunday morning she’ll be “shocked” into silence .. or better still, get up Monday morning, into the office and do some, bloody, work! ….
she won’t have another excuse to galivant around the country …. shirley?

  2. Sahul Rex says:

Lolz all round from the horrible drunk disputing any good work done by Yunuwhatever. Maybe, when she’s on the water this morning before elevenses, she will realise what she said.

  3. Sahul Rex says:

    I mean seriously, C’mon man

Dutton; He did good work creating opportunities
Burney; nuh ah, the place is still a shithole

Better draft the voices in her head to solve this crisis.

  4. Christine says:

Burney’s real shock is the realisation that her syrupy, deceitful plea has been ignored.
The woman was brimming with confidence.
Because she’s been surrounded by the obsequious for too long.
I look forward to seeing the back of her.

  5. C.L. says:

Dutton is a garden variety idiot (not a blasphemer) for praising a man who robbed his community, had several ‘wives’, tried to strangle at least one of them and defended ‘traditional marriage’ to underage girls in 2003.

‘We can win this’: Noel Pearson’s final push for the Voice on RN

Leading Yes campaigner Noel Pearson believes his side can still win the referendum.

“I can tell you, on this Wednesday morning three days before the vote, I feel love in the air,” he told RN Breakfast host Patricia Karvelas.

“We have every chance still left to win this referendum and for the Australian people to make a yes vote that will transform our country and take us into the future.”

Hmmm, and*, the conspiracy radar in me is suspicious that the Professor Uncle Elders-Their ABC-Computershare nexus are soaping up for a remarkable but convincing come-from-behind win.

Leading Yes campaigner, Noel Pearson, who has made the Voice to Parliament his life’s work, says if it’s voted down, reconciliation will no longer be viable. But he says “love is in the air” and despite the polls, Yes can still win #RNBreakfast

Yeah righto ABC, let’s not scrutinize the rest of the Enabled Aboriginal ruling class’ careers to date, we’ll just go from Year Zero then? Gotcha.

  10. Christine says:

“reconciliation will no longer be viable”
He speaks like the King of First Peoples.

Pearson is another who thought he had winning ways.
But no. Love is not in the air.
    Such a shame.

This is my main concern – the total control of Australia is riding on this and it’s too important to leave it to the voters.

  12. Old School Conservative says:

    I voted “No” early.
Now to work out how to vote often.

The communist filth are setting up their cabal’s excuses for what they are going to do when/if Their Voice takeover doesn’t pass.

  15. Ed Case says:

Dutton is a garden variety idiot …

Well, it’s a cringeworthy comment, if anyone noticed.
Dutton has played The Voice like a Strad by saying mostly nothing, flickpassing the issue to Jacinta and stocking up on popcorn for Saturday night.

  16. C.L. says:

    Good to see you, Ed.

Have you been OK? Long time, no see.

Less a Strad than a fiddle , I’m afraid, and you’ve got the flick back to front. The Nationals and Jacinta came out against the Voice months before Dutton was willing to do so.

All he has to do is shut up and win. But first he offered legislated Voices, then a second referendum and now he’s talking about replicating Yunupingu-style North Koreas around the country.

    Once again: Just. Shut. Up.

    Nice to be back, CL.
Dutton lauding Yunupingu is outta vleft field, perhaps he thinks that Murries have a positive view of the guy, or have even heard of him?
NO Organisation Fair Australia have delegated handing out How To Votes a[nd Scrutineering] to the LNP, but Brisbane, Griffith and Ryan Electorate Councils aren’t participating, so there’ll be at least a hundredbooths on Saturday with no LNP representation.
Whether that’s happening in the southern capitals, I don’t know.

Peter Dutton might address that rather than rabit on about a deceased violent grifter.

  19. Pat Mac says:

If any of these politician bullshit artists had actually been up North and seen the corrupt way moneys have been spent on Yunupingu and his family they would shit blue lights.
    “Taken in vain”
The name should be retired and hung on a post somewhere dark.

  20. C.L. says:

…there’ll be at least a hundred booths on Saturday with no LNP representation.

This is a worry. It’s not only important to win but to win as big as possible.

I suspect the reason Noel has been putting on a brave face till the end is that his Labor advisers have told him that if Yes can achieve a ‘surprise’ bounce on Saturday, round 2 might be doable in a few years’ time.

    As others said before, STUP.

    [Let’s be nice – CL].

    WHO knew Yunupingu?

    Like a strad

    Groan, what a maroon.

  24. Ed Case says:

In AEC news, it’s a recyclables Referendum.

Ballot paper, cardboard ballot nboxes and the cardboard voting booths are all made of recycled paper.
You’ll notice it if you use the supplied pencil, which might be the lightest lead known to man.
Put enough pressure on the pencil to make a mark on the ballot paper and the point of the pencil will go straight thru the ballot and dig into the top of the recycled cardboard underneath.
The AEC calls this Respec ting The Process
There’s already been a huge t urnout at PrePoll, far bigger than that for the 2022 Election, yet the AEC are running less booths on the big day.
I’d say there’ll be big queues and the event will be a fiasco.
Going on PrePoll, only Goths and the absolutely Rusted On Labor are voting Yes.

  25. Ed Case says:

You’re not alone, Bucca & Gabor, Furries are voting YES too!
