Algorithm would make an excellent NSW Police Commissioner

We don’t know where Meta draws a line, and if they are, in fact, infringing upon Palestinian speech. But certainly what we’re seeing anecdotally is that many, many Palestinians feel as though their accounts have been targeted or shut down. Often Meta will say that these are the consequence of issues with automated moderation, but it seems increasingly that Palestinian voices are the ones getting caught up in this.”

  1. NFA says:

You could replace the entire Australian governmental bureaucracy with AI and get better service.

    Or an Indian call centre.

  2. Lee says:

More useful idiots, including Greta, taking up Palestine’s and the terrorists’ “cause”:

Greta has found a new fashionable cause.

It never ceases to amaze me, the support of some Jews for a cause which wants them all dead, doesn’t care about their political affiliation, and makes no pretence otherwise.

It would be very interesting to see a Venn diagram of Palestine/Islam supporters, climate change loonies, and LGBTQ activists.

  3. NFA says:

AI would manufacture a better protestor than Princess Greta.

I had to eat! Oh wait that’s Victoria.

I can see why “increasingly that Palestinian voices are the ones getting caught up in this”. The AI might be telling us something about their Arabic social media posts and utterances, that don’t ever seem to render quite the same way in their English language ones.

    It was Lenin who said:

    We control both sides.

That’s all you need to know about Greta.

We should round up every Muslim and create a tent city for them in the desert. They’d be right at home.

  7. Ed Case says:

    Huh?
Most muslims in Australia are either Subcontinentals, Africans, Indonesians and Aussies who converted to marry a Muslim.
Why do they have to live in tents in the cdesert?
