   Prat kind of does look like he’d be well-cast as a villain in a Batman movie. Ironic though, in absence of any evidence Trump has received payments from foreign entities, this is the best they can come up with. The Biden family bank records seem much more obvious actual evidence than recordings of a rich guy with a loose mouth. Did Pratt even know he was being recorded, does anyone really care?
