Every time you think these stinking labore dirtbags have plumbed record subterranean depths, they grab some new shovels and resume digging.

  3. C.L. says:

Saw a clip of her speaking on this last night on Sky. I immediately thought of those words of Quint: “…lifeless eyes, black eyes, like a doll’s eyes.”

  4. Lee says:

Apparently the indiscriminate slaughter of 1400 Israelis and the kidnapping, brutalisation and torture of hundreds more is of considerably less concern to Wong.

“False equivalence” Wong; arguably the most despicable politician in Australia, especially considering the responsibility of the position she holds.

I challenge her, as a lesbian, to stay just one day in downtown Gaza and see how much she likes it then.
Of course she wouldn’t, because she knows she wouldn’t last five minutes there.

  5. Ed Case says:

    … Wong is a Psychopath.
She’ll jettison any ‘deeply held belief’ the day before it becomes unpopular, including identifying as a Lesbian.
    Even Julia Gillard despised her.

I remember a meme on Tim Blair’s blog several years back (before the blog went behind a paywall):

“Muslims fear a backlash after tomorrow’s terrorist attack.”

  7. Ed Case says:

Islamophobia, Homophobia, Fighting Racism, Antifa, BLM, it’s all code for Government cracking down hard on White European descended people in their own Country.

Satire is dead. Maybe the plan is to put the Babylon Bee out of business.

  9. DR says:

Israel is more than capable of defending itself, largely thanks to US subsidies provided by the heavily US dual citizenship Congress. Hamas are just killers with a plan. Why should Australia have any interest, literally on the other side of the world, in a conflict arising in 1948 from a typically lack-of-foresight UN decision? Not our people, not our problem. Same as Armenia vs Uzbeckistan (or is it Kazackstan? Who knows?) last week. Again, nothing to do with Australia. The Middle East has been a disaster since 1948 because the UN intervened. Instead, tell me why my Australian adult children cannot afford housing or why Sydney north of the Town Hall looks like a weird fusion of Blade Runner/Shanghai/Calcutta? They are all connected. I seem to recall that in 1982 PM Fraser allocated one RAN frigate to relieve one RNZN frigate to relieve one RN frigate to assist in the Falklands War. And they were our people. These are not and never will be.

  10. DR says:

And just to clarity, I am no fan of the Labor (sic) government. They are even worse than the LNP. Australia needs a party that actually represents ordinary Australians, not these foreign policy wankers who regard the Commonwealth Government as a marketing division of Pfizer.

  11. C.L. says:

I agree with 99 per cent of your astute comments, DR, but I do happen to think the fate of Israel is important for Australia. As far as I know, the Israelis are not asking us for anything. I’m not sure why we sent tens of millions to Ukraine when Albanese and Wong look like they’re about to be sick whenever they even acknowledge October 7 was an infamy.

Auron MacIntyre – one of the more impressive thinkers and aphorists to break through on Twitter (and now other platforms) in recent years, likes to say that the US is no longer really a nation but a taxation farm for the military-industrial complex. Or – in the case of our Commonwealth, as you say – “a marketing division of Pfizer.” There is no longer even a pretense to either seek or revere the ‘consent of the governed.’

  12. Rosie says:

Many Jewish Australians have family connections in Israel. It is also the birthplace of Christianity. We can kiss our connection goodbye if the gazans take over.
Not to mention how antisemitic violence is contagious and I very much doubt if Israel were to be annihilated that would be the end of muslim aggression.
The situation in Nigeria doesn’t get much airtime in the west but there Christianity faces an exponential threat.

  13. Ed Case says:

Australia needs a party that actually represents ordinary Australians, …
It’s called the Liberal Party, DB.
Remember JobKeeper [saved a million jobs], doubling the Dole when there was no work to be found, enabling $20,000 drawdown on your Super [I still haven’t spent my 20 Grand]?
Yep, a Liberal Government did all that, and Labor opposed it every step of the way.

  14. Ed Case says:

… in Israel. It is also the birthplace of Christianity.
    Christianity was born with Abraham.
History tells us he vwas from Ur of the Chaldees, somewhere on the Euphrates in Northern Iraq.
All rubble and unexploded ordnance now, courtesy of the USAF and State Department funded Militias.
They blew up Jonah’s Tomb a few years back.

  15. cuckoo says:

On the other hand, at least on the news last night there was the heartwarming spectacle of hundreds of ‘Aussies’ being rescued from Gaza, waving those cute little blue and gold passports.

  16. Rabz says:

Sydney north of the Town Hall looks like a weird fusion of Blade Runner/ Shanghai/ Calcutta

DR – I live in Sydney and you presumably meant “south of the town hall”? That’s where all the indians and chinese tend to congregate. The monumental deliberate failure of immigration in this country writ large, resulting in both Sydney and Melbourne becoming overcrowded alienating unlivable third world cesspits.

Even as recently as twenty years ago, neither of them remotely resembled what they are now. I’ll be getting out of Sydney sometime in the next two or three years. I can no longer bear what it has become – and it will only get worse as these destructive evil quisling imbeciles ramp up immigration to ever more ridiculous levels.

As for the future of Jews in this country – they have no future here. The writing is already on the wall, given how heavily they’re already outnumbered by their mortal enemies. Again, all deliberate, of course.

  17. Rabz says:

Nice bit of time warping there, CL!

  18. C.L. says:

Commenting from admin never works. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Fixed.

  19. C.L. says:

As for the future of Jews in this country – they have no future here. The writing is already on the wall, given how heavily they’re already outnumbered by their mortal enemies. Again, all deliberate, of course.

Sadly true. Labor is an exterminationist party now. They want to exterminate the Jewish diaspora, exterminate Catholicism, exterminate the nuclear family, exterminate the farming sector, exterminate private property rights and exterminate the working class.

  20. Lee says:

The Dumb Duo’s (Biden and Harris) response to by far the worst anti-Semistism in nearly 80 years is:

    We need to fight Islamophobia!

    https://www.michaelsmithnews.com/2023/11/biden-announces-national-strategy-to-counter-islamophobia.html

Now that is gaslighting and distraction on steroids.

  21. jupes says:

I’m not sure why we sent tens of millions to Ukraine

Or, even worse, tens of millions to Hamas. Oh sorry, the UN to distribute to Hamas the Palestinians.

BTW, the US is funding both sides of the Israel / Hamas war.

  22. Tel says:

BTW, the US is funding both sides of the Israel / Hamas war.

And if you trust incentives, then the leadership (i.e. the people not directly in danger) want to keep the war money flowing … that would mean never taking peace deals too seriously.

I’ve heard it said that, “War is a racket.”

The UN have sold themselves with the pitch, “You need us, because we maintain world peace.” Not looking too good on that score recently.

  23. jupes says:

The UN have sold themselves with the pitch, “You need us, because we maintain world peace.” Not looking too good on that score recently.

Yes, however they have redeemed themselves by appointing Iran to chair the UN Human Rights Council Social Forum.

  24. struth says:

While the Pope speaks of Global Warming.

  25. Franx says:

BTW, the US is funding both sides of the Israel / Hamas war.

And US politicians, in turn, are funded by and held answerable to the same people.
Blinken of the US SD on a diplomatic mission to Israel negotiating peace between Israel and Hamas tells Israelis that he is Jewish.
The other team may have a more subtle approach.

  26. C.L. says:

Franx, you dropped the ‘x’ in the comment form – which is why you went into moderation.

  27. Franx says:

    Yes, slipsliding.
    Thank you.

  28. DR says:

Just to clarify my previous comments, I should have said that Sydney City south, not north of Barrack Street is now a sunny version of Blade Runner 1982. My stupidity arises from when my mother and I used to catch the bus into town to Wynyard in the 1960s and 1970s, it was always an uphill walk to Town Hall and the Woolworths Cafeteria. Silly me.
Regarding immigration, the current bipartisan rate will destroy the middle class in Australia. Even if you have a $1m house somewhere in Sydney or Melbourne, and you have three children, you will never have enough to to provide them with a basic deposit, even allowing for your Covid 19 retirement home murder fees.
Regarding these overseas conflicts, why are we even debating this? In the course of my life I have had three Jewish friends and one Ukrainian friend. All were nice people. I have never knowingly met a Palestinian.
So what is my point? Ukraine will live or die despite any Australian aid. As will Israel. As will Taiwan. I wish them well, but they are not my people. These issues are not within the competence of people like Penny Wong or Anthony Albanese. These morons are just the short order cooks for the NWO.
The UN created Israel. Their effective silence now is deafening. The US promised not to expand NATO and then did it. Nixon/Kissinger disowned Taiwan and now the Chinese govt want it back. Am I supposed to care?
My prediction: Russia will defeat NATO/Ukraine. China will acquire Taiwan as an autonomous province and Israel will be destroyed or reduced to an disarmed province.

  29. Rosie says:

    NWO.
    Oh dear.
Another reason we are involved though, immigration policy has brought the middle east to Australia.

  30. Tel says:

The UN created Israel. Their effective silence now is deafening.

Oh please … the Balfour Declaration created Israel in the modern sense … back when the British Empire was at its peak and empires can do such things.

The UN is a talkfest making announcements nobody pays attention to. Their only real power is sending bribe money to African dictators (but China has now figured it is easier to do that directly and cut the middle man) and using the quasi-private World Health Organization to assist in hiding the bio-weapons labs and lending a bit of legitimacy to government power trips in the name of public health.

  31. Ed Case says:

Another reason we are involved though, immigration policy has brought the middle east to Australia.
    Refugee Policy.
Tony Abbott got caught out pretending that Syrian refugees slated to come here from UNHCR Camps were Christians.
Of course, they were all Muslim, he had to have known that.

  32. Boambee John says:

    Ed

Unless he interviewed each personally, how could he have known? The selections were made by the Department of Immigration.

  33. Ed Case says:

If you remember, John, Abbott said Australia would be taking a coupla thousand Syrian Refugees, all Christians.
Advice from the Deaprtment woulda told him that:
    1. There weren’t any Christians in the UNHCR Camps in Syria because
Hamas [heard of them?] were murdering any Christians they could locate in Syria.
    2. Announcements like that were likely to get Christians killed should there ever be any in the Camps, for obvious reasons.
Gaffes, blunders, stunts and dishonesty were the reasons Abbott’s colleagues ditched him in 2015.
Turnbull was the downside, but they didn’t have any choice, because Tony wasn’t changing his M.O..

  34. Boambee John says:

    Ed

When did you read the departmental advice?

Look at other “advice” that Coalition governments receive from the public service. How much of it would you trust?

  35. Ed Case says:

Well, John, obviously Abbott didn’t seek Departmental advice when he announced this stunt.
It shouldn’t be too hard to work out why [Hint: paper trail].
But, yeah, a bitta thought leads to the conclusion that if there were Christians in a Syrian UNHCR Refugee Camp and an Australian P.M. promised that they’d all get priority to emigrate to Australia [in front of Muslims], it would only take 1 phone call and there’d be a massacre.

  36. Buccaneer says:

Ed, your conjecture is as rubbish as the facts you are unable to back up with any evidence.

  37. Ed Case says:

    Facts don’t need backing up.
You don’t remember P.M. Abbott promising that those 2,000 refugees we were taking from the Syrian War would all be Christians?

  38. Tel says:

    Ed Case at 3:35 pm:

Advice from the Deaprtment woulda told him …

    Woulda?

    Ed Case at 5:19 pm:

… obviously Abbott didn’t seek Departmental advice …

    Woulda, shoulda … but didn’t!

    Ed Case at 6:54 pm:

    Facts don’t need backing up.

Especially the facts that didn’t happen … but woulda happened.

You don’t remember P.M. Abbott promising that those 2,000 refugees we were taking from the Syrian War would all be Christians?

That’s not the part that’s being questioned, you utter beancurd … you made a claim about departmental advice that you also admit doesn’t exist, and this hypotheticl advice was about Hamas being operational inside Syria in 2015 … that is to say, at a time when Assad’s forces were under orders to execute Hamas onsite if they found them. If you can find a news report of even on Christian who was killed by Hamas in Syria around that time, then I would love to see that.

  39. Ed Case says:

… you made a claim about departmental advice that you also admit doesn’t exist, and this hypotheticl advice was about Hamas being operational inside Syria in 2015
    Nitpicking much?
    Or BaffleGabbing?
    But, no matter.
… that is to say, at a time when Assad’s forces were under orders to execute Hamas onsite if they found them.
Why was that, do you think?
If you can find a news report of even on Christian who was killed by Hamas in Syria around that time, then I would love to see that.
Hamas and it’s allies in Syria at the time, Al Queda and Islamic State weren’t killing Christians in Syria, are you seriously suggesting that?
Hamas blew up the Baptist Hospital and St. Porphyrias Church in Gaza last week, killing 500+ Christians, and you want me to offer proof that Hamas ever killed a Christian in Syria while conducting terror operations against the Assad Government?

  40. Boambee John says:

    Ed sez

    Nitpicking much?
    Or BaffleGabbing?

Mirror, mirror, on the wall, …

Go back and read your ever changing story. Then pull your stupid head in. We all know that you shill for the left at all times, there is no need to keep proving the point.

  41. Buccaneer says:

Bafflegabbing, that’s you Ed, for no matter how poorly you express it, your pathetic trail of conjecture about what Abbott coulda, shoulda, woulda done or the advice you reckon he shoulda, coulda, woulda received, the main point you can’t escape is that you’re a self admitted supporter of the Turdball wing of the liberal party, it’s people like you that shoulda, coulda, woulda been supportive of Tony Abbott when he was able to influence any of these decisions.

Instead, you’re still trying to pretend he was the problem when it’s you and the shitty policies of your favoured political operatives that are unequivocally the problem. At least Abbott had the right intentions, even if the numbers in his own party and white ants like yourself cornered him into thinking he had to placate your duplicity.

Please tell us which politician that you personally support, would actually do what you now proscribe?

  42. Pat Mac says:

I am Australian born and bred.
I take huuuge offence at that disgustingly obnoxious POS stating “Australia is deeply concerned at settlers violence “.
If “she” thinks she speaks for me she is wrong.
    Wrong Wong.

PS: DR, is that Woolies cafeteria at the town hall branch still going? I remember eating there in the late sixties. For a country boy it was a highlight of a trip to the big smoke.

How times change, not always for the better.
