Burger vom Rath

Under Albanese and eight Labor governments, Australia has become an antisemitic superpower.

The media will ‘report’ last night’s Hamas aping as a reaction to an irrelevant event. Old tradition.

I suspect Hash’s accounts might show the business was going under. At the risk of being a little racist can anyone say Jewish stocktake.

One store in a chain, owner also owns the ezymart chain.
    I don’t know who’s responsible.
I suspect turnover might have collapsed after his participation in river to the sea. .
It’s funny how muslim business owners feel very safe opening in an area with a significant Jewish population.
On the other hand an obviously Jewish business in Meadow Heights?
Gaza pre 7 October where any Israeli mentally unstable enough to cross was immediately taken hostage (one Arab Israeli and one Ethiopian Jews both of whom have been held hostage for years) while thousands of Gazan were allowed to work in Israel.
Yet Israel is the evil oppressor.

  3. Rafiki says:

The Guardian report linked states that the police are confident that arrests will soon be made, while dismissing a religious motive. Hmmn.
A deep concern arising from the violent mobbing by Islamists is that these men now constitute (in its early stages) para-military forces that are quickly put into action. Of course, I can’t be specific, but I suspect a loose and somewhat diffuse leadership based around mosques. The success of the Opera House engagement – noting how the police backed off – might have encouraged bolder actions. How the police and judiciary deal with the Caufield mob will be critical.
The above might seem far-fetched; I hope it is.

Couldn’t help chuckling at this morning’s Age frontpage headline about the Israel/Gaza fallout that’s “tearing Melbourne’s art world apart”.

  5. Franx says:

A symbiotic set up where Israel and Hamas each need and use each other – that same symbiotic set up now being imposed upon the rest of us. Yet while most of us can choose our side in coexisting and even thriving in the symbiosis of that imposed hate, there is no such coexistence for those who are as scapegoated as were the scapegoats of old to wander far amongst the ruins and it’s dead.

  7. Rafiki says:

Frank- have you missed the fact that the hateful actions of those Hamas supporters who are engaging in violence and disruption have been, and are, affecting adversely the lives of many?
I live in the Southern Highlands of NSW, and am (so far) unaffected. Many in Sydney certainly are.

I don’t see it as Australians choosing sides.

For my part, I’m already prejudiced, long prejudiced.
Reason being, I don’t like that excited, frantic speech of so many Middle Eastern people. In an individual it’s bad enough.
In a mob, it’s a fevered clamour to recoil from.
I won’t change my mind on that.
My bias is towards a calm voice.

Ah no, it’s our old friends from Socialist Alliance.
Watch one of Rukshans clips and you can see they are the actual organisers, marshalls etc.
So the hard left mobilise the dumb (watch the clips) Arabs to attack the Jews for something that may be an insurance scam but by the time that is established, the news spreads faster than a Hamas rocket can crash into a hospital!
With the same result. The false record is acted upon before the facts emerge.

I see that Joanne Nova, who also uses WordPress, has introduced a timed edit ability for commenters… I think she uses 5 minutes but it doesn’t have to be that long if the timer restarts from an initial edit. 2 minutes would do.

Just a thought that would save you some editing… lol

Riversutra, and many many others. if you are going to refer to sites or people can you please leave a link?

Sure, you and I may know who Rukshan is, but why not just be a little bit helpful for those who don’t?

    Huh?
Any chance to stick it to John Pesutto, eh?

  15. Bruce of Newcastle says:

She should go to Gaza and try to make peace.
I’m sure the locals will show her some, um, love.

  16. Ed Case says:

How the police and judiciary deal with the Caufield mob will be critical.
It’s Socialist Aliance theatre, so the cops will have the kid gloves on.
You or me, they’d be wearing those 36 Grit sandpaper gloves, the ones that take skin off.

  17. Perfidious Albino says:

No footage of VicPol preemptively arresting organisers for posting gathering details on social media? No kettling of protesters? They must save that treatment just for the barefoot and pregnant anglo chicks…

  18. Lee says:

The Victorian “opposition” (LOL) leader, Pesutto, has disgraced himself yet again with his gaslighting about “Islamophobia.”

  19. NFA says:

    Hey you harmus supporters…

    Jewish Bankers.

  20. NFA says:

This is getting harmus because he actually stood up for Jews and Israel but I don’t believe it until he’s prosecuted by Letitia James.

    Where’s the Gaslighting?
John Pesutto refuses to be wedged by activists.
I’m not seeing anything wrong in that.

  22. NFA says:

    of course ed case

  23. Ed Case says:

Eric Adams dissed Joe’s Open Borders policy.
5 minutes later, the FBI turned up at his place with Warrants.
Don’t believe clickbait that Joe won’t be the candidate either.

  24. Lee says:

    Where’s the Gaslighting?
John Pesutto refuses to be wedged by activists.

Because he conflated anti-Semitism with Islamophobia, a common trope of Muslims/the left.

There is no evidence of Islamophobia happening in Australia; to warn against it is gaslighting.

I would say the same of any other dickhead on either side of politics who said the same thing as Pesutto.

  25. Ed Case says:

    You would?
Well, fire away, because they’re all saying more or less the exact same thing.
