  1. NFA says:

    Are feminists women?

  2. Fred says:

A man is found not guilty of rape by a court but is punished by the university for the crime they did not commit. Cue the lawyers.

  3. C.L. says:

One of the objectives from the charter:

Ensuring that our processes for investigating and resolving such complaints follow procedural fairness and are timely, fair to all parties, and, to the greatest extent possible, don’t re-traumatise people who report sexual harm or victims of sexual harm.

Note the working premise: the accused are guilty.

Though brief, the charter includes the newly coined term “sexual harm” 20 times.

  4. Lee says:

I bet at least some of these academics and students who go along with this are the same sort of people who are either indifferent to Israeli girls and women raped, tortured and murdered, or who would claim that as “oppressors,” “well they deserved it.”

Reminds of this Saturday night live skit: sexual harrasment and you
It is PG, but might be NSFW if the fun police are about.

  6. Old Lefty says:

All of these PC strictures against rape and sexual violence don’t apply, it seems, if the victims are Jewish.

  7. Old Lefty says:

Remember when the odious Triggs did a report on sexual harassment in the universities? It was all about student-on-student abuse in the present. Not a word in the notorious depredations of her contemporaries in the academic tenured left.

  8. NFA says:

    But, What is a woman?
