I have no idea , except to say that people need to be really careful when investing in shithole countries. There’s serious risk that if the mind is indeed successful the parasites will come in demanding their fair share. Also, there’s risk the Russians invade. What happens if they do? Maybe not much, but you never know.
If it’s the Ukraine, I’d only invest with an expert . Hunter Biden has it all worked out. 🙂
