There is no evidence for claims the 2020 election wasn’t stolen

I am glad everyone is now seeing the light, on what I have been saying loud and clear for the last two years, that the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged and stolen by a combination of Democrats, Big Tech, ‘law enforcement’ and other bad actors. Sadly, we have become a corrupt country, perhaps one of the most corrupt anywhere in the world. We must right this horrible wrong and take our country back!”

  1. Bruce of Newcastle says:

The problem is that the security apparatus is all in the hands of the Democrats so exactly nothing will be done about it. Except perhaps in state jurisdictions like Texas and Florida. But so far apart from the fruitless application to Scotus which Roberts denied they also have done nothing.

Thus America will continue on the arc towards totalitarian fascism, with big business and the Left suppressing all opposition until the place collapses into the usual mess that all such regimes do.

Biden & Co were put there to loot & root the USA – they’re doing an admirable job.

When their work is done, I’m sure their masters will given them the obligatory golden parachute – a bullet to the back of the head.

  3. Yank says:

Once again, a ridiculous proposition. There is no evidence of electoral fraud because none of the scores of cases made by trump and acolytes produced any. Zip. Just as it might be true that pixies inhabit the Vatican or that Putin is indeed a family guy the evidence suggests nothing of the kind. In fact, the opposite. Trump is merely proving that the number one swamp critter is himself.

  4. Bruce of Newcastle says:

LOL. No one is so blind as someone who doesn’t look. And Boss Tweed smiles.
He was a Democrat, btw. Weird huh?

  5. Boambee John says:

    Bruce of N

Not just Boss Tweed, add in Tammany Hall and Governor Gerry. Proud DemonRats all.

    Yank

Have you thought of getting a white stick, or a disability dog? You seem to have a major vision problem.

  7. Boxcar says:

This is an interesting case that has made it to the US Supreme Court with almost no publicity.
100 congressman put up am bill to investigate election rigging. The bill notionally contains a wealth of proven/provable evidence.
The investigation was rejected by 388 members.
This case proposes that the 388 are enemies of the state who must be removed from office because they have refused their sworn duty of defending the constitution.
The applicants say there is no defence.

It gets around the Soros “no standing” defence successfully used to avoid actually hearing even one case.
Supremes will probably send it back to lower courts, but…

  8. Yank says:

Boxcar, BJ: if you can see the evidence it should be visible to trump and others who have conducted scores of legal cases. So far, zip. Nothing. No evidence of anything at all. He’s just a sore loser and a fake. I like Boxcar’s suggestion that a case based on a vote in congress “notionally contains” a wealth of evidence. Should last about two seconds in court.

  9. Yank says:

I note that trump now says the constitution should be tossed out to suit his agenda. Like Putin and MBS, trump wants to be a dictator where the only rules are trump rules.

  10. Lee says:

    Sounds like the Democrat Party.

    or an @ real RINO

  12. Boxcar says:

Hi yank, I not interested in echo chamber talking points from people who rely exclusively on others to form their single opinion on today thing. Try to pay attention for a few seconds. This case is not about evidence.
It is about congressmen refusing to defend and protect their Constitution against even the small suggestion of impropriety.
I can’t see that someone with even half a wit, would not be screaming for that protection from even the highest hill. Congressmen on both sides are obliged to assure their voters that every vote is legitimate.
Anyone who does not support that is a traitor by default.

I like Boxcar’s suggestion that a case based on a vote in congress “notionally contains” a wealth of evidence. Should last about two seconds in court.

Read what i wrote, you silly billy. It’s not about the evidence. It’s about congressmen defending the constitution. They don’t have to believe the Evidence. They have to accept responsibility for destroying their Republic.
It is there core responsibility to investigate, defend, and protect their constitution, at all costs.
Otherwise they are “Enemies of the State”

  13. Yank says:

Boxcar: that’s what elections are for. And your man wants to do away with them because voters decided for his opponent. I can see why you might like trump though; neither of you cares for the rule of law.
    Donald J. Trump
    @realDonald Trump
So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great “Founders” did not want, and
would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!
The first potus to attack the us constitution directly and deliberately undermine the electoral decision of voters.

  14. Boambee John says:

    Yank

You might have missed the phrase “or do you have a new ELECTION” in your haste to condemn Trump.

  15. Yank says:

BJ: very funny. Would you like your student grades reviewed? Maybe a few parking tickets checked out? This guy wants a national election rubbed out. Why? Because he lost!

  16. Boambee John says:

    Yank

You must be soooo brilliant, able to read Trump’s mind at a great distance. He put up some options, he did not (at least in the words you quoted) demand that he be given the job.

  17. Lee says:

You must be soooo brilliant, able to read Trump’s mind at a great distance.

John; that reminds me of a certain someone else here.

That someone also uncannily claims to know the nature of documents at a place called
Mar-a-Lago and that they are illegal for him to possess.

  18. Boxcar says:

OK Yanker, first you decide I might like Trump, and with that pathetic self justification, proceed to dump on me because it is the sum of your intellectual breadth. You know what means intellectual rigour.
You appear to know not that politicians are almost all swamp creatures. The great majority of US politicians are bought and sold, on both sides, and if you can’t see that, start all over again.
Then you tried again to drag my issue back into your single talking point. Put your videogame down for a couple of seconds.
100 Congressmen claimed rigged elections. 388 said they were not going to look at it.

Constitutionally, and under oath, they have no right to ignore their electors.

Insofar as the effectiveness of the Rule of Law is concerned, you would know that Trump has lied every day for 2000+ days, and been impeached at least a couple of times, and the Rule of Law seems to be working. Or is that a different “Rule of Law”?

  19. Boambee John says:

It seems that the Secretary of State of Arizona, responsible for running the election in that state, was not just also a candidate in the election, but was also lobbying the pre-Musk Twatter to suppress themes she didn’t like.

Nothing to see here, move along please, absolutely no conflicts of interest involved. She is an honourable woman, who would never, ever, exercise undue influence to help herself in a political campaign. We must all congratulate her on her win, and ignore the many administrative problems during the election, which would have had no effect at all on the result.

    Yank

You seem to be lacking a bit in subtlety, so, just so you understand, the paragraph starting “Nothing to see here …” is sarcasm.

  20. bollux says:

Where is Trampis. He seems almost reasonable compared to wank. The mail in votes were a result of the Covid scam and designed purely to get rid of Trump, who proved to be the nemesis he is. Once they got rid of Trump illegally in my book, they haven’t quite figured how to wriggle out of the scamdemic. Morons in Australia still haven’t figured out what it was all about and are still convinced “it’s” a thing. Let’s face it, we are still leading the world on the outright ban of Ivermectin. What a shithole this country has become, and so quickly.

  21. Not Trampis says:

Fat tony is confused. It won’t be the left going towards totalitarianism but the right.
Again there is no evidence. Steve from Brisbane di this to dust.

No-one can read Trump’s mind. He does not have one!

  22. Yank says:

BJ/Boxcar: you are the guys promoting the denial of an election result. As for trump’s thinking, I posted his own words. And as for Boxcar asserting that a minority of votes in congress is decisive, I’d simply say that is novel.
Neither of you seems to be interested in the vacuum space where evidence usually applies. Nor are you interested in the fact trump is now facing a number of very serious investigations, good reasons for him to promote his fake causes.

  23. Buccaneer says:

Hi yank, I not interested in echo chamber talking points from people who rely exclusively on others to form their single opinion on today thing.

Yep, and it just rolls off the troll who just keeps on with the boring trolling, Next time the dems complain about say ‘Russian interference’ or some other furphy related to an election result, it’s good to know the ‘Yank’ won’t be calling for an investigation to ensure the sanctity of you know, the election result.. wouldn’t want people to feel comfort that their vote counts or anything..

  24. Not Trampis says:

err a senate committee unanimously agree there was russian interference.
Trump tried 62 times in court to prove problems in the 2020 election and lost every time.

People do know here Twitter has no investigative capacity.

  25. Boambee John says:

Fat tony is confused. It won’t be the left going towards totalitarianism but the right.

Non Mentis doesn’t know much history.

Both communism and fascism are totalitarian ideologies of the left.

  26. Boambee John says:

err a senate committee unanimously agree there was russian interference.

Non Mentis still doesn’t know much history.

The Russians, like the Soviets before them, made a habit over many decades of interfering in elections in democratic states. In 2016, they spent less than $200,000 on the task in the US.

The only reason this made any impact was because the DemonRats had already produced the bogus Steele dossier, and they and the MSM (BIRM) conflated the two to explain their loss. This gave the Russians a magnificent return on their money, and one of their greatest propaganda victories ever.

  27. Buccaneer says:

Err, real trampis, no one has confidence the 2016 election was fair because the senate committee said there was russian interference, they know it was fair because the GOP let the dems run their insane 2 year investigation into Russian collusion even though it was obviously a load of bollux.

The more you resist an investigation into 2020, the worse the backlash will be when it comes. Better to take your medicine and prove no shenanigans. If you’re so confident there is nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about. The number of court cases challenged and dismissed on procedural grounds might be a bit concerning for a partisan troll like you though…

The dumbest thing about the dems playbook with this is that they controlled all the houses and could have set the terms of reference for any investigation, instead, now the GOP will. Popcorn anyone?

  28. Boambee John says:

    Yank

If you are going to respond to me, you might have done me the courtesy of actually reading AND comprehending what I wrote.

As you seem to be intellectually incapable of that simple task, I shall ignore you in future.

    A straight up bullshit statement.

Show me the actual post or statement where Trump said that?

    NFA: scroll up. Trump tweet.

The tweet you obviously have difficulty reading.

Look … why bother with this? It isn’t clever, you aren’t fooling anyone and if there was a moment of doubt, anyone with better than 5th grade reading comprehension can quickly check for themselves that you are simply making this stuff up … injecting hidden meanings into text, which no one else can see.

Sure you can waste two minutes of my day, and frankly I’m unlikely to waste any more time on you in future … it’s now become impossible to even argue with you since when cornered you invent garbage and use that as self justification. Is that worth it though?

  36. Boambee John says:

There seems to be a blowfly buzzing around here.

  37. C.L. says:

Er, the Constitution was thrown out by the DNC and the FBI when they quashed the 1st Amendment by illegally ordering Twitter to ban the New York Post’s report on the activities of the Biden Crime Family.

Trump’s point is valid. The election was rigged and there have to be remedies to redress that.

  38. Yank says:

So CL at least is plain. You folk all regard the constitution as expendable. You also decide election fraud with no factual evidence. Mob rule.

  39. Lee says:

A number of Democrats have made it quite clear that they are unhappy with aspects of the Constitution (drawn up by “old white men”), particularly those very pesky First and Second Amendments, and would get rid of them altogether, or at least change them out of recognition if they had their way.

One of the first things left wing authoritarians and fascists do is crack down very harshly on free speech and private gun ownership.

  40. C.L. says:

Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost.

  41. Yank says:

“In that direction,” the Cat said, waving its right paw round, “lives a Hatter: and in that direction,” waving the other paw, “lives a March Hare. Visit either you like: they’re both mad.”
“But I don’t want to go among mad people,” Alice remarked.
“Oh, you ca’n’t help that,” said the Cat: “we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.”
“How do you know I’m mad?” said Alice.
“You must be,” said the Cat, “or you wouldn’t have come here.”

  42. Boxcar says:

It’s fascinating that Wank keeps returning to his vomit. He keeps telling readers thay are saying things he wishes they were saying.

Out of the buzzing wings of a blowfly, an admission of insanity.

  44. NFA says:

    @Donald J Trump
The Fake News is actually trying to convince the American People that I said I wanted to “terminate” the Constitution. This is simply more DISINFORMATION & LIES, just like RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, and all of their other HOAXES & SCAMS. What I said was that when there is “MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION,” as has been irrefutably proven in the 2020 Presidential Election, steps must be immediately taken to RIGHT THE WRONG. Only FOOLS would disagree with that and accept STOLEN ELECTIONS. MAGA!

  45. Buccaneer says:

Regurgitating the text from Alice in wonderland is the totality of evidence the ‘yank’ is prepared to share here. And you wonder why no one takes you seriously…

  46. Buccaneer says:

Skeptics of Mr. Taibbi seized on what appeared to be an orchestrated disclosure. “Imagine volunteering to do online PR work for the world’s richest man on a Friday night, in service of nakedly and cynically right-wing narratives, and then pretending you’re speaking truth to power,” the MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan wrote in a Twitter post.

In the end, pretty much all of the left’s argument can now be distilled to this pathetic quote. Like the sad hollow yank character that blurts its empty twisted logic here constantly, they stand for nothing more than to take down anyone who might actually stand for something. Everything the other side says is a cynical right wing narrative. Evidence of actual wrongdoing on your team, cynical right wing narrative. Policy failure from the left, cynical right wing narrative. Surge in violent crime, cynical right wing narrative.

It’s how a clown like Albo can suggest price caps without the media pillorying him and pointing out exactly how that panned out for China in the last few years.

  47. Tel says:

“But I don’t want to go among mad people,” Alice remarked.

You answered my question about your purpose then … clearly you are going for maximum disruption and flooding the zone with garbage.

You can’t read even simple English, you regurgitate CNN propaganda even after pretenting to be Republican, you don’t have an argument because if you did you would have put that forward by now … the only thing you are left with is acting like a ratbag in an attempt to destroy the site.

If there was anything you could fimd that was somehow unconstitutional in the above Trump tweet you could have explained what it was … imstead you go in an endless loop like an NPC bot.

Frankly, if I was running the site you would be blocked by now, on the basis of having nothing to contribute and multiple attempts to derail the threads.

  48. Yank says:

Tel: the simple English I read is in Trump’s own words. Because he lost an election and has no evidence to offer any court he wants “the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.” Dictator in waiting.
